Problems with order

This the 2nd time I had problems with the store on Zelda Road Montgomery, AL. Today, I ordered a 5 piece boneless meal with mild sauce. I was not asked what type of sauce I wanted as the last time they did this also. I get the order and get back to work and it was boneless wings & things and it was not mild sauce, it was hot. There was 1 ranch dressing and 1 zac sauce which I did not ask for. The young lady at the window was not pleasant at all. I said thank you and she did not reply or anything. This is the second time I have tried to eat here but will not go back.

Apex, NC restaurant:
The staff is always so friendly! The traditional chicken wings are horrible! They always taste old and cooked too hard. They taste freeze dried. This was my 2nd time trying to give the traditional wings a try. Never again! Just bad!! Chicken tenders and fries ate good.

Zaxby’s in Savannah on Abercorn

Went to Zaxby’s in Savannah. Ordered a garden salad. #5, and cheddar bites. Received no napkins, no utensils to eat with, cheese cake bites were mixed in my cheddar bites!! In a hotel so hopefully they have a fork!! Please just put these things in the bag we shouldn’t have to ask! This is expected

Really rude staff

The zaxbys at southern pines nc, nothing but rude. The cashier was the rudest person they could have put behind the counter. Was my first and last visit. So never go back!!

Great employees at this location

Great employees at this location. But, they are charging way to much for the bone in wings that have absolutely no meat on the bones at all. They need to get bigger chickens. So wings are a rip off. Food is good, but wings are to little.

The chicken finger tacos were a joke. There was very little toppings a few diced tomatoes and onions and a few bits of cheese. The sauce must have been applied before the strips were zapped in the microwave. Very disappointed in the product. I took a picture of what I actually received

I do NOT know what how and what you put on chicken for the salads BUT it's nasty! It's like a sour, tangy nasty taste! Your tomatoes are so limp and nasty looking that you don't want them on the salad! Your tomatoes are right up there with Taco Bells tomatoes! Nasty as nasty as all get out! Very disappointed in your salads definitely for the price you all price your food at! The chicken is so gross! Very sad!

I drove to the Zaxby in Dublin to get some food. I ordered a house salad fries and chicken taco. Well, when I got home the power was off so I couldn’t look at my food but when it came back on my salad was old. It had been prepared in the cooler for some days because the meat was cold( fried chicken) the two and half tomatoes were soggy and the cucumber. Cheese was stuck together. I paid 17.00 dollars for this to be unacceptable and I droved 30 miles to get this food. I will never go there again. I’m calling the manager to see if they can compensate me.

I use to eat at zaxbys until I found out the company hires with out fully checking background on hired individuals especially executive position just blows my mind I mean I guess if anybody that would no the dos and don't of sexual misconduct more than anybody else would head of H.R. Michael Torres. So if you had done a little digging maybe you might have saved yourself from hiring the lowest scum know to man.

I put in my order at 5:20 pm according to my receipt. 5 or more customers came in and placed their order AFTER I did. The first one after me was called then the second, so I attempted to ask a manager what was going on and explain that my order was in first yet I’m still waiting while two customers that arrived after me and placed an order the same way I did are leaving or gone. The first time I said something she didn’t do anything, just kept talking to customers that would come up to the counter. Then two more customers were called that arrived after me. I said something again, all she said was the orders are prepared in the order received. I said, “ Exactly! I was here first and have been waiting quite a while. She then asked someone in the back when my order would be out. All she said to me was waiting on grilled chicken. I finally got my order at 5:44pm 25 minutes after I placed the order! Totally unacceptable! Furthermore, the employees are more concerned with the online orders and door dash orders than the people standing in front of them! You have totally lost a customer, The so called manager was useless and offered no help or explanation at all. Your stores have their priorities out of line!

Thousand island salad dressing

Why would a restaurant in business to make money do away with a salad dressing that’s traditionally made for the seniors. How do you just do away with thousand island dressing. That’s what’s wrong with this world today we will no longer eat Zaxby’s again until they decide to get the dressing back for their salads.

Won't get it again

Won't get it again. Both times I had it at the Gallatin, TN location it was just ok. Sweet tea sucked. Fries bleh.
Also don't like they have high fructose corn syrup in their sauce.

I went to Zaxby in Valdosta, Georgia, on Inner perimeter. I ordered 2 signature sandwich meal, and let me tell you that the chicken was tough and the fries were just warm. I paid almost 17.00 for rubber chicken and 2 box of half warm fries. Never again will I go back there... terrible meal....I always thought that Zaxby food was great. Well I truly have changed my mind as of today... nasty food... shame on you Zaxby...

I was very disappointed

I was very disappointed after paying over $10 for three small pieces fingers slightly bigger than one FF. It seems prices keep increasing and portions are decreasing.
It’s a shame that businesses like yours are taking advantage to get richer while everyone is getting poorer.

Hoping we don’t wake up with food poisoning

My wife and I have always been a big fan of Zaxby’s food. Visited the Acworth Ga location many times and always have been impressed with the dining experience. Today, my wife and I made the unfortunate choice to visit Zaxby’s Stilesboro Rd Kennesaw GA location. We ordered our food at 7:55pm on the app. The food was handed to us at 8:03 and we were told that we had to leave immediately because the dining room closed at 8pm. When my wife asked if we could eat our food quickly inside as it was 90+ degrees outside the employee said No! and if we didn’t leave he would have his manager come and tell us to leave. No mention on the Zaxby’s user unfriendly app that the dining room closes at such an early time. Seems like the doors would be locked to the dining room if this was a hard and fast rule. Went home only to find cold dried out chicken fingers and shrimp the size of a nickel that must of been pulled out of the refrigerator and thrown in a box. We ate one shrimp and threw the rest in the trash. The bread had apparently been sitting out all day and also found its way to the trash. Finally the French fries had obviously not been fried the proper time and were almost frozen in the center. I do not understand the overwhelming difference in the quality of the food and service in the two locations less than 5 miles apart. Needless to say I would rank this visit as the worst fast food experience I can remember. I am just hoping we do not wake up in the middle of the night with food poisoning.

My first time going to that restaurant

My first time going to that restaurant. The young lady took my order, on drive thru sounded like she did not want to be there. My first time eating at Zaxby's, put a bad taste in my mouth, that's how bad the food was. I will never go back. Every time I think about it, I wasted money at that place. Never again.

Disgusting

The salads were all wrong, didn't check before we left, we were too far to down the highway to turn around, then to top it off the young man taking the orders pants were dropped down to see his crack in his underwear😠 just disgusting, all of it.
