Johnson City, TN. N. Roan St Zaxby's. Wife and I stopped by yesterday and I ordered (2) 5 Finger chicken plates and specified (honey mustard sauce) with a coke and sprite to drink.
When we got home there was no honey mustard sauce and the coke taste like water. Not the 1st time this has happened at this location.
What is wrong with the employee's at this location that they cannot get the order right?

Ordered the loaded fries with the chicken, bacon, cheese and ranch. The food was cold and staff refused to make it fresh. Received a full refund. Zaxbys in Fayetteville, ga on hwy 85 has lost a customer for life. It only takes one bad experience

Would have given them a zero if…

Would have given them a zero if possible. Zaxby's food is good and the prices are usually reasonable but to charge someone $2.19 for a cup of water for a kid is ridiculous!! I could understand if maybe it was a bottled water but a cup of water? And I visit Zaxby's at least 4 times a week!

I wish I could give them a negative…

I wish I could give them a negative stars absolute garbage service, was told it would take 15 min took 50 sandwiches were completely bare except the chicken no sauce no pickles on EVERY SANDWICH and they gave me 0 dipping sauce what a joke fire the whole crew! 9400 south highland drive sandy ut 84070! Lazies like that don't deserve jobs!

New Loaded Fries

Ordered the new loaded fries in the Walterboro SC location. Wish i could download a pic. There was absolutely no sauce (ranch or hot sauce) and the fries were cold.

Buy one, get one at Zaxbys!

I filled out the review from my last receipt, and I received a code for a free Zak Snack, BOGO. Their chicken strips are great. I love the sweet abd spicy. My husband prefers tongue torch.

Ripped off at the drive through.

I went through the druve-through at Zaxby's in Clinton, TN tonight and ordered the 4 piece chicken meal, the smallest on the menu.
Before I was given my meal, I was asked if I wanted my receipt and I said "No." because it didn't seem important.
I got home and opened my order - I only had 3 pieces of chicken.
This has happened before when I've gone through the druve-through and to take something home... Never again.

Service and food gone downhill

Went to zaxby's in Jacksonville Florida. Food and service used to be good. Not anymore. Now they take one order at a time going through drive thru and complete order before taking next drive-thru order - pull up to window to pay. They rush your payment and drinks out the window and ask you to pull forward (no one in line behind us). This is to stop their clock making it look like they served your food fast. 6 minutes later, we get an employee walking to our car, hands bags to us and quickly walks away. The order was completely wrong. Burnt fried pickles, 2 orders of 4 chicken tenders mixed in some sauce?? We didn't order any sauce on the tenders. Cold fries and coleslaw tossed into the box container, not in its own cup with lid. Bread soggy with coleslaw juice. Grilled chicken sandwich that looked like someone stepped on it. All boxes put into the bag sideways so everything was mixed together. Took the food back and requested a refund. We won't be going back to zaxbys. There are plenty of places that actually take the time and care that your food is correct, and not cold/old/. $40 fast food - no thank you!

Where's the ketchup & napkins!!!

Ever since the covid-19 pandemic, Zaxby's has been using that excuse to raise their prices on average 40% and they STILL don't have a ketchup dispenser or napkins in the lobby. You have to ask one of the geeks their and they give you only 4 ketchup and 4 napkins! Is that being cheap or what! The chicken has lost some of its taste as well. Probably buying some cheap imported chickens, ha! Probably be another year before I think about going back. Pathetic place.

We decided to try Zaxby's for the first time, and ordered online for a 'curbside pickup'.
Our confirmation said that our order would be ready in 15 minutes - time enough, surely for them to put a straw for our drink, napkins, and sauce in with our order (there were none of those things in our bag.)

We got there exactly on time, and since there were no directions on how to do 'curbside pickup', we went to the drive-thru order box, where we announced that we were there for a pickup, and were then told we could pull up to the drive-thru window.
There was one vehicle in front of us, at the window.

We sat there for 10 minutes, and in all that time the drive-thru window was never opened, and the driver ahead of us (whose order was apparently taking longer than anticipated) was not asked to pull in to the parking lot while they took care of other customers.
We could see at least three cars behind us, all waiting for 10 minutes in a ghost town.

When I walked in to get our food, I could see one person cooking, and one young lady at the drive-thru cash register, with her arms folded with nothing to do.

When I mentioned we'd been sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for food that was already to go, there was no apology and no explanation.

The cartons in the bag were thrown in haphazardly, and it was hard to tell if we would order again from Zaxby's, since the food was cold, and we never did get to try the famous Zaxby's sauces.

Once upon a time I loved Zaxbys now they are a disappointment

My last trip to zaxby's was a disappointment. They have discontinued every item I wanted to order. Their new menu is pathetic. The service was fine the cashiers were friendly but they had nothing that I wanted to eat not even the dressing I wanted on my salad. The new light menu is code for less food. Do they think we're stupid. Sad to say my last visit to zaxby's will officially be my last visit to zaxby's.

Cold food, loud music playing in the kitchen can be heard in the dining room. Employees yelling and screaming in the kitchen and cashier counter, lots of profanity from employees. No supervision. Horrible salads. They are now pre packed salads not like before where they were made daily. Waste of money

Zaxby’s Sandy

Zaxby’s Sandy, UT. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ate there and the chicken wings were cold and had no flavor. The fries tasted like they were microwaved. They forgot to give sauce and forgot the fries initially. Horrible service overall. Do NOT recommend AT ALL. Will never go here again.

Pathetic Excuse For a Business

Ordered on the App from the Acworth, GA (Baker Road) Zaby’s. Gave them the name on the order when I arrived. 20 minutes after my pickup time, the rude girl at the front asked me what I was waiting for. I gave her the name and the other ruder girl says you must have ordered from the wrong place because we don’t have it here. I showed on my phone that it was the correct place and the first one says well someone must have taken it - like that was my problem. Then a girl from the back speaks up to say that she has been waiting on the grilled chicken for the two salads. More time passes and I finally get my order. The chicken was burned and charred beyond recognition and cold like it had came out of the trash or something. So much for waiting for it to cook…. The crew were all too busy chatting and laughing and checking out guys to care about customer service, and obviously there was no management working. Then, to top it off, they were unable to refund my money because it was an online order and their credit card machine have been broken for a long time.

Terrible signature chicken sandwich

Ordered the signature chicken sandwich. A sandwich with two pickles and nothing else. What ever happened to lettuce, tomato, and cheese. If that is what the club is called, that is stupid. Worse sandwich I have had in a long time. Will never order from them again.

My wife and I once liked Z’s

My wife & I have always liked it here, until Covid hit 2 years ago and went through a make shift drive through, which I did not have any problems with, but the pop we got the cup was 100% full of ice with 2 oz of drink. So we drove around again and asked for a refill, they said NO WAY. I said we only had 2oz liquid and they said management said we must fill the cups FULL of ice. That’s the last time we stopped at Z’s. That was 2 year’s ago. We did like your food.
