Box arrived damaged. Invitations inside has not been wrapped in plastic like the first set of them had meaning that they were very damaged upon arrival.

The gift wrap was lovely and good quality, but unfortunately the packaging was poor and the paper was creased and damaged at both ends of the roll. It was expensive for gift wrap, but had it not arrived damaged it would be worth the money and would have a 5 star rating.

Not what I ordered

My wedding invites arrived with multiple things wrong - the colour, half were printed on the back of the paper, the weight of the paper etc.
I have been trying and trying to get someone at Zazzle to sort it out; but I just keep getting bot responses that have been copied and pasted. I haven't been able to speak to a real person; and a different bot answers every time I have replied.
At this point I've spent over £300 on wedding invites I can't use, and the wedding process has been delayed - I have no idea if I'm even going to be able to get this sorted and get the correct invites.
It took a long time to choose and design; so I'm really disappointed.
Don't sell products you can't make.

I found it easy to design the three diffeent sheets of labels that I wanted. From there the ordering, paying and delivery were very efficcient. I will certainly recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with the business cards I received. The text on the back is overlapped and smudged, making them unusable. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed that I had designed them that way, which is simply not true. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue were very disappointing. I expected much better quality and service. I will not be ordering from this company again.

My partner and I were so impressed with the quality of the save the date cards we bought from Zazzle for our Wedding. The design is perfect for our wedding abroad; they are in the design of a flight ticket. And the speed with which they were delivered was great. Would highly recommend

Lovely item and arrived earlier than expected thx

Fast, efficient service and very easy to use. The product I ordered wasn't available for a long time and I'd been promised by customer support that I'd be notified when it came back. Unfortunalty this didn't happen, but I'm pleased it's back now and very happy with the product and the delivery.
