Worst app i have ever experienced . Crypto deposits take no time in any other app but on zebpay it always delays the deposit i have faced this problem many times but this time its been 8 days i havent got my crypto EOS token even after many mails and all they ask you to create ticket when you create ticket they close it without any resolution . Current ticket - 1360037

Please move to WazirX , this is Screwed up app. No support , some messed concept of level 1,2,3 kyc. Level one kyc . basically is a scam. Level2 kyc will damn require your papers from
Birth onwards . The whole idea of the app is the allow users to freely deposit money and Fiat. But make it almost brutally painfully difficult to withdraw Fiat or crypto.
Your money and Fiat will be stuck here on this platform.

Worst crypto trading app. They simple freeze accounts saying rekyc, kyc level enhancement and NCRP complaints. Never listen to customers personal emergencies for the funds.

Zebpay is complete fraud. They are deducting your purchased coins in the name of inactive account fee. My thousand of rupess are wiped out. Please do not trust these guys. Sell your complete asset and move to another exchange. I dont think their operations are ethical and legal. India is country where nothing happens even if somebody cheat a common man. It’s completely a spam crypto exchange I lost 30k loss on app investment on coins invested amount not getting any track on it .where is money was going no idea.no customer care support and response from there end.don’t invest and trade on Zebpay anymore.now they deleted everyone bank account also need new verification locked everyone’s money on it now.no widrawal no deposits no trading till it’s clear.not accepting pdf .if given jpg files it’s rejected.

They are frauds who charge so much fees on trading and they let you add money but won't let you withdraw anything from their platform.
Just choose ByBit or Binance instead of using this platform.

It's a fraud co.
It is a dishonest co. who empty customers account slowly slowly. By the time people find out, the account is already halved.

Scamming Customers in name of Membership Fees. My friend had Rupees 70000 in Dogecoin, Zebpay stole it in name of membership fees. We at Shiva Realty and Katemodel Consultants have 7 employees having blocked account in name of KYC. The customer care is pathetic.

If you read their other reviews also, you can find they have a pathetic customer service. I have been their customer since 2month but in case of difficulty, I never receive any response from them before 48 hours. This time my fund has been stuck in the platform I can't sell or send it to anybody. We’ll letter on my photo give me an aid to it

My recent encounter with Zebpay's customer service left me deeply disappointed and concerned. When seeking assistance to regain access to my account, their response was not only unhelpful but also highly suspicious.

While I understand their policy regarding non-resident Indians (NRIs), I merely wanted to access my account for review and verification purposes. Instead, they promptly deactivated my account without allowing me to examine my transaction history or balances. This lack of transparency is deeply troubling.

I believe customers should have the right to access and verify their accounts before any action is taken. Zebpay's conduct raises serious questions about their commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.

In light of my experience, I urge potential users to exercise caution when considering Zebpay's services. Deceptive practices should not be tolerated, and I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

completely unethical and shameful company who has zero customer support and claims to be an international co who doesn't know about peoples data rights. some desperate Indian management decisions to spam call people is the reason for this harassment.

Using Zebpay to learn about crypto has been a huge help. Trading with you was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this app to anyone. greatest software.

Very bad experience with zebpay deposit service, due to I have deposited to my zebpay account 4 days ago, it is still not credited and I have raised two tickets for this issue but no use, please be careful with zebpay.

Even I am suffered in this ZEBPAY.CC I have lost 467K Initially started with 40K USDT and Commission - 20K Then 15K - mentioning again for tax 17K so notice it was not real . I took the issue to Rykabalan and they told me what to do and luckily it works . me reading comments makes me sad so I share this here . go to telegram and search for Rykabalan and thank me later

Zebpay Withdrawal Issues.

Zebpay has many issues in last few month. Now they are working for last 60 days with Bank for withdrawal and we are not able to withdraw money but on other hand we can deposit money what a system same bank allow deposit but not withdrawal.
Zedpay simply say we are working with bank but can't give you timeline for withdrawal. I have many questions.
1. Are you guys earning intrest on money which is in ur wallet.
2. If bank can deposit why can't we withdraw.
3. Or you guys have no money to return and simply making excuses they bank is not giving withdrawal.
4. Are you guys going to shutdown? And our money will be gone.

Zebpay we need our money we are middle class and for last 60 days i am struggling to get my money.

Zebpay has had several issues in the last few months. Currently, they have been working with a bank for the past 60 days regarding withdrawals, and we are unable to withdraw our funds. However, we are able to make deposits. It is a peculiar system whereby the bank allows deposits but not withdrawals. Zebpay has informed us that they are working with the bank, but they are unable to provide a timeline for when withdrawals will be possible.

As a result, I have several queries:

Is Zebpay earning interest on the funds in their wallet?
If the bank can accept deposits, why are we unable to make withdrawals?
Is it possible that Zebpay has no funds to return and is using the bank as an excuse for the lack of withdrawals?
Is Zebpay going to shut down, leaving our funds unrecoverable?
Zebpay, as middle-class individuals, we require access to our funds. I have been struggling for the past 60 days to retrieve my money, and it is crucial that we receive it promptly.

I am waiting for my Fait withdrawal since one month but yet amount not credited into my account instead of providing the solution you guys everytime closed my ticket with the excuse my self not respond you that's why you are closing the ticket

zebpay is total scam. i am from india and that time very few options were there and i registered with zepay.in the start it was good no issues.

lately i started noticing zebpay coin prices are significantly more than any major exchange.

then i opened a kraken account and wanted to consolidate all funds in kraken.

i was sending polygon to kraken , it shows fee of 8.33 polygon for every transaction, that should mean it doesnt matter how much i send it will charge that flat fee which is ok. but here is the catch it will not allow to send more that 300-400 polygon at a time which i get to know after trying different amounts . so charging fee on every transaction.

also they are not allowing me to crypto dust which i cannot transfer amounting to approx 10 pounds. its not small consider thousands of customer leaving there 10-20 pounds as forced donations there.
