Ordered a dressing gown for my husband. Courier 'inadvertently' sent it back to Zee & Co before we'd even seen it. Zee & Co were really helpful when I explained this to them and they sent the parcel straight back to us. Great dressing gown, and at the best price online too. Can't fault them for anything.

I've been a zee & co customer for more than 10 years, never experienced any issues online or instore. Premium clothing at amazing prices not to forget the top customer service.

Pretty rubbish experience, website timed out several times during check out resulting in payments coming out bank but failed orders at zee&co end- zee & co said it was nothing to do with them, contact my bank, who have sent me back to zee & co…Then I ordered again (stupid) and several days later called to ask why I hadnt seen a dispatch email, and they said sorry human error, we don’t have stock of what you ordered and sorry we didn’t let you know. Pretty useless all round. And I’m still down the payment for the first “failed” order. First time ordering with them, won’t be back.

Ordered a Hugo sweatshirt on Saturday - delivered on Monday. Well packaged, returns note and invoice enclosed. I am delighted with product and even more delighted with the price. Very impressed and will definitely shop here again.

Ordered some black Guiseppe slides in size 10, received some white Guiseppe slides in size 9! Sent them back, they then said they needed to investigate they then sent an email claiming that they hadn't sent the wrong slides as they hadn't stocked them! I literally had to take a loss on the item! Short of videoing everytime you open their package I am unsure how else genuine customers can protect themselves from Zee pretending they are not at fault when they are! I will never out of principal order from Zee again! Liars! Cheats!

Ordered a Pair of armani jeans. Was originally £155 got them for about £85.great price and fitted perfectly. As always with zee they came in a handy zip case for free. Great service and a good experience

Always had great service & products from Zee&Co, have even been to one of their stores. Never any question over authenticity, with good customer service with simple returns procedure

Much better online shop to use for designer goods than Mainline Menswear. Not only is their customer service atrocious (read their TP reviews before you buy) they are trying to manipulate the poor TP rating, having their 1* reviews removed as not genuine feedback on shoppers experiences.

What a top service I received from Zeeandco they sent me a 10% discount code for my birthday which I used on a Vivienne Westwood T-shirt. I received the T-shirt two days after ordering again fantastic service!!!!!

Was a bit nervous with my first experience with this company after reading some reviews.

However I can't recommend them highly enough. Next day fully tracked delivery and beautifully packed item.

I ordered a pair of joggers and the never arrived and got delivered elsewhere I requested a refund but been told the have to wait on dpd investigation that takes upto 5 days. You would think the should be a quicker way of just refunding your order. When u order something u expect to recieve it.

I ordered a pair of trainers and they arrived a day earlier than expected! They use DPD which is good everyone hates Evri lol. I had to call customer service a few times and the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the trainers had to go back as they were to small, once arrived it took two days to process the refund which is good. I've previously ordered from Zee & Co and never had any problems then either. I've noticed some negative reviews but you have to realise people leave them out of spite, because they are childish and to try and get discounts or freebies. The only thing I didn't like was there was no option for next day delivery at the time of ordering :/.

Shopped a few times with zee, customer service is excellent. Very quick responses and so professionally mannered.
