Zenpuff tried to defraud my bank account by obtaining more money than the invoice stated

Able to order what I want for the Christmas decorations.

Got scammed. Looozers! I never received my blanket!

I’ve ordered a blanket from zen blankets over 2 months ago. They aren’t responding to my emails. I wish I’d of read these reviews first snd saved myself the money!!!! I’m fuming how they are allowed to get away with it!!!

I'm still waiting on my order from 2 years ago. I emailed twice about the order and was told int was being held in customs then was told it would be sent out again. I never recieved the order sll I emailed again w/ no response & the email no longer works. I'm out $40

I ordered $459.89 USD from this company and they never shipped it and now their sites are down. I am going to look into this. Thank you for this review page, this means that I am not alone and we will probably never find them, but I will talk to visa.

A couple times my orders have arrived from Zen Like Products, but every single time I had to follow up and they said it was stuck at customs and would send another package. The last time I ordered though, supposedly they sent me another package and it never arrived. They stopped responding to my emails and updated the status of the order as fulfilled and have not delivered the product or refunded my money. I recommend DO NOT order from them.

This is a scam! They take your money then never deliver the products. I tried reaching out several times and was told my items had been stopped at customs, was never given a refund and never received the products. Based on other reviews I think it’s just a hoax.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered! Never got my order or a refund. It's been 1 year. We need to do a CLASS ACTION against this company.

I ordered $80 worth of merchandise October 1st, 2017. I communicated for a year and a half with an "Ashley Jensen" at customerservicezlp@ yahoo.com and have been assured a manager will contact me for a refund. But nothing gets done. They are a scam and fraudelulant. Do not order from Zen Products!

i ordered 3 months ago, Zen charged me but never sent my merchandise. it is a fraud and a robbery. they took my money.
please, never order with Zen because youll lose your money as i did. they are a scam.

I’ve had the same extremely poor customer service as others reported. Almost a year ago I ordered around $126.00 of stuff that never arrived. I requested a refund after the company said they would resend my order multiple times. Then they said management would contact me about a refund and haven’t been able to contact anyone in 6 months. The Facebook messenger was the only way I could communicate with them and that feed was deleted by the company.

I ordered my bedding 3 months ago now and I still haven't seen anything. I've contacted them a dozen times trying to get information out of them but I have received nothing. I finally requested a refund last week but haven't seen a reply back yet. I'm about to go to my credit card company and report fraud just to get my money back. RIP-OFF! Never got my product.

I was so excited when I received an email stating I won prizes. To my surprise, I loved the products. So over and above I sent the order in for the products that I won, purchased a gift and then proceeded to pay for the shipping. To this date, over a year ago I have not received anything. Phoned and had no response. Several emails - nothing in return. Great products that they shared, wish I had the opportunity to receive them or my money back.

I made an order before Christmas which never came. They then told me they would send it out again but again nothing came. I finally asked for a refund to which they eventually said they would do but now they must have blocked my email address as they keep saying they can't connect my e-mails. Over 6 months and I am over £30 out of pocket. I would never use this company again.

I have been waiting for my order for since May 27th, it is now July 5th. I have sent email after email to them and have not gotten a response. They took my money for shipping and have sent me nothing.

I have the same going on with my order. Emails telling me that my order is stuck at the customs blah blah...
I ordered it may 3rd 2018 till now didn’t received anything June 24th 2018.
I contact Shopify to see if I’m going to get any answer about what is really happening.
If anyone has already tried it, let me know how they handle it.

I ordered in February and still have NOT received my purchase! When they finally answered me they said it was shipped to the wrong address and was sending me a new one. Uhm, still have NOT received anything. When I asked for a refund that's when they started to ignore my emails. This place is a scam, do NOT order from them!

Zenlike prodcuts are a fraud! They charge and never deliver and the worst part is that their customer service replies to emails with more lies and deception!
