ZEN LIKE PRODUCTS IS A FRAUD ... THEY WILL NEVER GET RESPOND ...

Ordered January 20, it is now May and I have not received my order. They will not respond to my emails, and responded to my Facebook message and said that they would look into it, but I didn't hear back from them. I tried another email and another Facebook message, but they blocked me on Facebook and still are not responding to my email. I am out $170.

Placed an order in November for Christmas got some lady to respond after multiple emails stating there was a delay and they would notify me once shipped nothing no response since they keep spamming my email but never delivered they delay blame on customs after months they lead you to believe long delays but never delivered I wished I would’ve looked up reviews before getting ripped off so much times gone by that my bank won’t let me dispute it

I ordered some stuff the beginning of January and here it is, the end of March, and still haven't received my order. I've emailed and emailed. I got a response from a lady saying she didn't know why it was taking so long, something to do with customs. She said it would show up in about a week. That was weeks ago. Since then, I have emailed and emailed and emailed... No response. I've threatened to get an attorney involved. Still no response. I'm livid!! I've demanded a refund. Nothing has happened. I will never order from them again! And, I will publicly tell my friends and family about my experience. Horrible company. I'm pretty sure it's a scam company. And, now they have my credit card info. I'm extremely mad!!!

Very disappointed and angry!
I placed an order in November 2017 for Christmas gifts for my daughters. Didn't get them. Finally got an answer fron a representative in January 2018 thru facebook messenger saying she did not understand what happened to my order. She said another one would be rushed promptly to us... Here's the end of March, STILL NO ORDER!!!!! I paid 300+ dollars canadian on our credit card for an order we never received. Been leaving messages for a refund, HAVE NOT GOTTEN ONE ANSWER. Will never order from this company again and will tell people not to order either!!! Mrs Liane Venne

Ordered something in December and never have received it. At this time I suggest everyone file a chargeback with their banks for your money back. This company clearly is a scam and is illegitimate. Hope you guys burn! Not sorry, I've emailed multiple times and know that I will not see my product.

Ordered a product back in December and I still haven't received it. I emailed them twice, one time last month and one this month. I was told they would let the manager know. I requested a refund and I'm waiting on a reply...

I ordered my product Jan. 14, 2018. It's Jan. 29, 2018 and I realize the tracking number they gave me is bogus. No one will respond to my messages. Is there a group I can join to legally pursue this company? I am tired of scammers getting away with robbing hard working people as myself and would like to be proactive.

I received my product but was damaged so I tried to get a refund or somehow fix the situation and they have been "forwarding my email" to many different "managers" for quite some time now... this company is a scam... NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ZEN LIKE PRODUCTS

Paid for my product 5months ago - still no product delivered. I've tried contacting them and get the same response every time.

Ordered November 8th, or 9 th. They charged my car three times for three different other's. Have not received anything. Company always responds with the beginning looking like a apology, but then directs you to their sight to shop at additional 40%off. Sent me a fake tracking number, again that only directs me to their sight to shop. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Over two hundred dollars later, and nothing. Read reviews i wish i would of, angs why isFACEBOOK ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN KNOWING THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. SHAME ON YOU FACEBOOK, I'M SURE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO REPORTED THEM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL.

This company is absolutely disgusting there is nothing Zen like about them!! Do not purchase anything from them as they will take your money and send you nothing . Been waiting for goods since September 2017 still nothing countless emails to Mary Fields who doesn’t answer your questions and just blows you off. Worst customer service I have ever had they deserve a minus star rating!!

Do not order from this company ! I placed an order in October and have not heard from them. My credit card company is now involved.

Do not purchase from this company!! I ordered a bed cover over 2 months ago it came to around $50 Canadian. I emailed the company several times. They said that the order had been shipped and that my package was on the way. It never came and I never got a refund. This is a BS company, don’t waste your money!

Zenlike products is a legit scam of a company and an illegitimate business. I ordered product on Nov 1st and have yet to receive the product or tracking number. After researching online and finding that this has happened to many others or the product was received unlike described, I have filed a claim with Paypal, my credit card, and reported their Facebook page..
