SCAM!!!! This company uses absolutely disgusting tactics to try and fool people into becoming subscribers. Signed up for what I thought was a free razor sample but then they send you invoices for shipping payments and razor refills through Kivra. They use your personal details to sign you up to a subscription unknowingly. I have not received any emails regarding orders or created any kind of customer account. I reached out to them to cancel the subscription which they have said they deactivated now and have refused to pick up the package they have sent me.

They are smart manipulative scammers that tries to go around the law 😠👎
They don't have a telephone NR to contact them on the bill or info WHEN you have to cancel your subscription BEFORE you have the next order in like half a year 😂😠👎
So even if you have the next order in like 6 months you still need to cancel it directly 10 days before the last day to pay???😂🙄😒
I wonder if that's even legal???

Right??? they don't EVEN KNOW THEMSELVES WHEN IT IS 😂😂😂
On 1 site it says 21 days after the order date and on an other site it says 10 days before due date???😒😂👎

So it's gonna be 2 different date 😂

And they have wrong spelling in Swedish on some words 😂👎👎😠

If they don't cancel my subscription I will make a police report 👎😠😈
And you should do too if you read this and they have tried to trick you 👎😠

Some one I know got a paket without he ordered and ended paying money even he returned the packet.

I tried their services before but decided to cancel since a lot of their products were really bad quality. About half a year later I receive another box that I didn't order. I contact them to deal with if and have to threaten to report them to get them to even accept that they're in the wrong and got them to send a return shipping label. I sent the box back an still received an invoice for it. I contacted the again and got no answer at all. Now they've sent me to collections, but I'm of course fighting it. They have no legal claim and won't answer my emails.

They will scam you, avoid at all costs!

Scammed me for an item I never ordered and brought me in inkasso RKI!

Beware from this company, Its Scam, Dont buy anything from Zentio A/S. if you order their product , only first will arrive, after this no product and you will receive a letter from debt collection company. and even you will pay, they will send letter again and again.
