The sales representative was excellent, however the actual movers and the execution of the move is below standard.

ZeroMax is such a great service provider and they go the extra mile. The communication (contact person was John) is prompt and efficient, and the guys arrived ahead of time to begin the move. They moved my belongings from my 2-bedroom Manhattan apartment and their price was reasonable too. Most importantly, there are no hidden fees cropping up during or after the move, as they offered a flat rate for whatever time it took to move the stuff listed. Many thanks ZeroMax, I will recommend your service to friends and family that will need moving services, and will use the service when the need arises again.

Very professional company and on time great work

Summer 2020 - The movers did not wear masks for the majority of the move, and they were also unclear up front about billing policies for moving additional items. Thankfully the moving company provided a credit after we demanded it.

They may be suitable outside of a lethal pandemic, but I cannot in good consciousness recommend them to anyone until COVID-19 is completely eradicated.

They were great. Price was exactly as quoted. Just make sure you list EVERYTHING you’re moving. I wasn’t accurate with what I had but they worked with me and were very nice.

You movers counted "extra items" in my move and didnt tell me about it until they had my stuff at my new location.

They then leveraged me explaining that I could pay the company a bunch more, or give them a generous tip (HUNDREDS of dollars more than the 20% I was planning to)....It was an awful situation, but I expect common for your company.

These guys were top notch professionals, they did everything very carefully and professionally, I was very satisfied with the service and quality of work. Special mention goes out to LEO who was especially very friendly and hard working . These guys also assembled my new beds and desk and it was a tremendous pleasure working with them. I highly recommend this company and if he's available request Leo to head your move. LEO was really number 1 . Zeromax experience was really great. Great price and great service! Don't look elsewhere!

I'll leave this as an honest review based on my experience. I used them twice, once to move our items from our apartment to storage then again from storage to a new home. First time the sales person told me he was sending an 18-20' truck and 3 guys. I documented everything and prepacked it and organized it into an inventory list. The sales rep made some mistakes with the list that caused a headache with the movers. He also gave the moving team a truck that was significantly smaller than the truck we paid for, causing the movers to try and cram all of our items into a tiny truck. They had to take everything out and redo it to make it fit. The movers told us they barely get paid by the zeromax, they were stand up guys, unfortunately they work for a not so great company. No I just hired them to move the same stuff from storage to my new home. I told them I only want to use the exact same crew and the 20' truck. Not only did a different crew show up but it was only 2 guys not 3, and the smaller truck than what was promised. Half way through the move the guys they sent said the items in storage didn't match the list the sales rep had given them - even though it was all the same items. At this point they held our items hostage in their truck until we agreed to pay another $600. We got the movers a hotel for the evening because it was an all day drive. Then the next day we unpacked to find all of our items damaged and now our attorney is dealing with their insurance adjuster. The movers are great but I wouldn't work with their employers ever again. I will update this review after we deal with items they damaged while moving.
