I had an excellent moving experience with Emzar, Viktor and Nestor. The move was extremely efficient, and I was impressed how quickly it went. The crew was friendly and handled my things with care. Definitely recommend!

The movers were unprepared and rude. A move that should've taken 3 hours took 8. When the job was finished they tried to charge me extra. Never again

I have given 5 stars because the people who moved were really good but the sales staff charged me 50% more because I added a few pieces of furniture to the list at the end.
If I had gone elsewhere I would have saved at least $500 but since it was too late to change I didn't.
The movers themselves were amazing, but the company sucks!

ZeroMax movers were professional, diligent and managed the packing and move well. There were a number of fragile items and everything remained in good condition.

My move was small but complicated with pick ups of boxes and furniture at two locations, one in Manhattan and the second in Brooklyn, with delivery of all in Brooklyn. The company was agreeable to meeting up with other people to receive items at the two places before delivering to a third. The crew was on time and careful. There was some waiting for entry to each of the pick up points which added to the total time. I almost gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the crew leader complaining about the time it took for the total move when moving the items into the final destination. This made the move-in feel rushed as he was anxious to get onto their next job. I will still call on this company for future moves as the work was all done well overall.

Despite clear instructions and multiple reminders that I needed prior day packing there was a scheduling error. I even had the sales team add a remark to the invoice that indicated prior day packing while booking the move. The sales team called me and apologized but it makes the move very stressful and as expected, the move was started at 9am and completed at 9pm ( approx ). I can understand if there are delays or unforeseen incidents but scheduling error is not great.

Further, the sales team said they would send in 4 movers instead of 3 due to the scheduling error and only 3 movers showed up.

I must say the the actual movers were excellent and very friendly and did their best.

The people who moved my things from office to home were great.
They came on time, were careful and quick. They were also really
nice! Friendly and yet professional.

Zero Max Moving did an excellent job of packing, wrapping and delivering a floor model vanity from a show room and a bathroom fixture. Without them neither of these items could have been moved. The movers were on time, efficient and professional. I look forward to using ZeroMax Moving again.

Excellent service, efficient, & price.

I was given initially given a set price, when the movers came I was then charged more per box. Not to mention my brand new television was broken and only compensated less than what it cost.

The move was great, the movers were on time, professional , courteous and very pleasant..I highly recommend This company.

These guys are absolute PROS. Their rates are the best in town. Communication and service was top-notch. They were careful, kind, and efficient. Highly recommended!

I gave 3 stars because of the delay of the shipment. We had told that the shipment of our belongings will take 4 to 7 business days, but in reality it took 15 business days. The company refunded some money for the delay of shipment. In overall, all our stuff was in a good condition . Nothing was lost or damaged. Service personnel was always polite.

These movers are great. The men were fast, courteous, helpful, and fun to deal with. They went above and beyond to help me arrange my packing boxes in the right rooms and even helped me set up my TV. I would recommend this company very highly and will use them again if the need arises. Fabulous company and service!

Booking process was amazing, I had Alex who were were in constant communication about dates etc. He was very flexible! The movers got to my old place on time and were fast. The only issues is my couch leg is wobbly and they left my tv on truck and I didn’t get it for over a week. The movers also complained about their tip because I had extra care
