The products arrive in a timey manner and I've found taking the citrus mint oil easy to take (i.e. definitely more palatable than I'd anticipated!)

I love the subscription model, transparent and supportive, I am serious about my cellular health so dont want a break in taking products because I forgot to order them and I was delighted to order £97 worth of free products with my Zinzino cash which is a loyalty scheme you earn along side your subscription. This innovative company in all areas ticks all the boxes for me.

It's a scam, you place an order and in reality you are placing a subscription for 6 months. I tried to cancel, and they say it's not possible.

That's illegal and especially very poor customer service, If I don't want the products anymore is my right to cancel.

After trying so many things over so many years - I'm blown away by how foundational the zinzino product are. Actually, genuinely rebuilding health from the ground up. They've changed my life and now I tell all my friends - if you only buy one supplement for the rest of your life, make it hte balance oil. I love the other stuff too, but the balance oil is so important.

I wasn't so well and the oil seemed to be making my symptoms worse, this company linked me into months of trying their oil , I tried to get them to stop sending me oil and refund the payments but they advised that once I had signed up regardless I would have to keep paying for a period of time even though the oil seemed to have disagreed with me .. Ibthiught it wasn't a fair policy

Scammers

I was interested in consuming and selling Zinzino. At the back office I found the brand Varuvo was part of their branding and those coffees were known for containing amphetamines so I decided not to cooperate with this company. I contacted their call center/partner support to cancel my initial order above € 1000,-. According to them it was not possible and I had to resend the package to them.
DHL didn't deliver the big box at my door and was not picking it up so I payed UPS service to pick it u from my address and to send it to the Zinzino address for return.
I contacted the partners support again to inform the Track&Trace from UPS and they stated I should have send it via DHL from a label they should give me but non of this was informed when I wanted to cancel the parcel.
They told me to wait 15 days for my refund and so did I.
So the 15 days are gone and there is no way to get in touch with Zinzino. I sent into their forum a message and they claim they are still waiting for the parcel but I have the T&T with the delivery notification on January 23rd, 2026. Today Is February 6th, 2026.
The chat was closed with no option to reply and now I cannot even access writing in their forum.

This company is full of scammer or may be lazy people.
Do not compromise yourself and neither your reputation trying to sell a product that gives you more headaches than anything else. That's not wellness at all.

I’ve tried to contact customer service as I am not enjoying the product.
Apparently I committed to 6 payments following the first intro payment though I recall it being 6 months of product not 8 months.
Customer service were quite rude and hung up on me.
The email I sent bounced back
I do not recommend this company

I did'n realise money will be rejected from my account automatically.
