I love the cherry flavoured collagen. It is so easy to take and tastes so good too. You only take it for ten days as it is so potent.

Introduction to Zinzino where I paid for 1 bottle and a balance test, a blood sample was given on the day of initial purchase. I enquired about the result of the test after being informed it was a 3week turnaround. The person who introduced me followed up and was told it had been found and not sent, so a further wait period followed to get the results. When I required a further bottle to carry me through until the balance test results outcome had arrived, a free bottle of Zinzino oil was offered for any inconvenience caused. I also accepted and paid for a Black Friday bundle special. It was January '26 when I noticed another debit amount on my credit card form Zinzino. I made contact with the office and it was explained then that a smart ship had been set up, post my online bundle offer, this information was not provided to me by the distributor who introduced me and recommended the Black Friday special offer. On discovery I rang to cancel future orders, and that I was yet to received the bottle I'd paid for in January. Again information given was that to economise on shipping cost for clients they ship bottles out in two's so I was up for another payment in February at which time future orders would cease. What began with a blood test and 1 bottle became a stockpile of product, and unexpected costs that I was unaware of.

If I could negative 100 I would, this isn’t about the product. One of your employees Mzwakhe Ngoza who is claimed to be an iPhone distributor took my R10 000,00 and gave me iPhone XR instead of the 13Pro we had agreed upon. He failed numerous times to either pay back or exchange the right phone. I wouldn’t trust any business he is part of

I wanted to cancel various times, but they would not let me quit. I don´t like the taste of the oil. They sent many bills, all the process very bad handled, I even had to pay penalty bills even though I had payed the bills. And one oil was even rancid.

Decided to give it a try as I regularly get blood work done, take supplements etc.
test kit and first supply arrived. I tried but couldn’t get blood out the way they recommended, messaged to ask for help and they said there’s nothing they can do to help. I ended up having to do it the old fashioned way.
The balance oil gave me quite strong stomach pains and after a week I contacted them regarding the pain. They simply said they are aware some people have that reaction and if I’d like I can pay more for a pill version of the product which has less complaints.
I said id rather just cancel the monthly subscription because I wouldn’t use it going forward.

They wanted 100 euros for me to cancel which I scoffed at. Within a week of receiving a product I asked to cancel. They informed me that it wasn’t a monthly subscription it only looked that way but was actually a 6 month agreement that I couldn’t cancel. I did not know that.
Their customer service was at best ambivalent.
I did some research on the company and while they don’t lie about their testing they definitely use miss leading language.

I’m barely speaking about the product itself as it may be a very beneficial product. However how the company operates is that of one that can’t be trusted or relied upon and speaks to the type of people who run it.
There’s plenty of perfectly good omega oils on the market for a lower cost.
You can get better blood draws for the same or lower cost.
