I wanted to leave a negative review on the ZnanyLekarz portal about a dentist in Warsaw (who ruined my tooth and placed a filling on an open nerve). But the moderators refused to add it, they said that my review looks like slander, and asked for the court's decision to prove it. So - now you need a court decision to leave a review on the Internet portal ZnanyLekarz :)
A recent innovation on the portal is that the sorting for positive and negative reviews has been removed and the negative ones are not visible at all.

I wanted to write my honest review about a doctor to warn others especially that the doctor is a private one and charges people for his services. But the website wouldn't allow me to post it. They only allow good reviews. Misleading and unfair.

Big SCAM, they shield doctors from any negative reviews for their money, I had to edit my review 10 times then they said it was "not informative enough" to be posted after I had to delete almost everything which was not offensive at all

Website hides bad reviews
I have booked an online appointment with dr. Piotr Behnke, unfortunately consultation didn't happen. Doctor never contacted me. I've tried to contact doctor myself, unfortunately without any respond. The consultation must be paid prior and trying to get my money back I've contacted ZnanyLekarz, but been told that money goes straight to the doctor.
I also posted my review on their website, but this has been deleted, without giving any reason.
Do not recommend either website and dr. Piotr Behnke!!

Doctors ignore bookings. ZnanyLekarz hides it
I booked an appointment and arrived in Krakow to see the doctor. Their receptionist said there is no appointment in the system. I showed my booking from ZnanyLekarz but they told me it's not true.
I reported this to ZnanyLekarz and left negative review about the clinic. To my surprised Znany Lekarz removed my review and never replied to my complaint.
Terrible experience, terrible customer service and honest reviews that are being removed, In result even doctors don't respect their bookings.
I suggest avoiding this website
