I expected more
The pencil’s color is wonderful, the shine is stunning, but it doesn’t stay on the skin at all. The color creases very quickly and simply disappears, leaving only the shine.
The delivery took a very long time, about 3 weeks.

Drying and poor colour staying power
The lip pencil was advertised as moisture rich and stay put colour. In reality it dried out my lips so much they started peeling and the colour comes off right away when you drink, talk, smile. I’d never buy this again and would appreciate a refund.

Great customer service. My order was lost in transit for 7 weeks. The company fixed the issue and resent my order. The new order arrived in 6-days.

Easy to order. Delivery is quick. All very efficient.
The gel glides on with no drag whatsoever , stays for hours perfectly and looks great.
