One item from my order did not arrive. Nobody let me know anything. After my notification, they told me that the item was sold out and that they would refund my money. My order arrived on 9/10/2023 and I still haven't received my money back even after several urgings. No one even responds to emails.

Thank you for the good (phone-)support & proper delivery. The prices are excellent, all products are good wrapped and delivered as announced within one week. A refund were given via PayPal immediately about order items, which were not on stock in the meanwhile anymore. Thank you.

I made the same experience as Kim mentioned below. The shipping took much longer than expected and in the end there were only 3 out of 4 items ordered in the parcel. I still got no answer to my request (within 3 weeks now)... further, the missing item is now sold out. anyhow, I found it on Amazon and had it in my hands 3 days (!) later! I will never order anything here anymore!

I ordered nail products at this Berlin based company a month ago. On the website it self it said the products would arrive within 2 to 3 work days this also costs 10 euro shipping). It took the company a week to send me a conformation email of the order. In this week I contacted them with the question when it would be shipped and if I was getting a conformation email of the order the phone number wasn't connected anymore..). After multiple days I got a very short answer that it was shipped. Though I got the conformation email from the post office a week later. The package took a month to arrive.

I understand with Corona that it would be longer than the 2 to 3 work days as it was marketed on the website. But a friendly information email or a notification on the website would be appropriate.

Finally after receiving the package I got one item missing in the package and another item that was completely wrong from what I ordered. Again, if due to Corona multiple orders had not arrived at the company and the product I ordered was no longer available, it would have been nice to be informed by this. I informed the company and they replied again very shortly and unprofessional, they said they would pay me back the missing item, which of course is the bare minimum.
