It takes a couple of days longer to recive the order but it doesent matter

I honestly have to say they are cheapest around, but for the few euros they are cheaper, the hassle is not worth it

I ordered on 31/10, never received my package, they ignored my emails until the beginning of december & said the package was lost so I could choose between resending or reimbursement. At the time I had already opened a paypal dispute and I replied I wanted a reimbursement.

On december 16th, they finally replied they would reimburse me.

Now, on december 23 I have still received nothing. I already sent 3 more emails without reply

Worst service e-v-e-r.

To compare: at topdierenshop.nl I ordered at 9pm in the evening & it was delivered at 11 am the next morning. Top service! only 5 euros more expensive, but it was totally worth it

Dubious about whether I'd get my product in one piece reading the other reviews. Ordered a 10kg bag of Royal canin kitten dry kibble at 20% cheaper than Bitiba. Received it 8 days later. Box was battered ( I didn't select plastic wrap on order page from previous reviews ) but product was in perfect condition. I can imagine certain items might get damaged in transit from Poland. I'm really pleased and will be using again soon! Thank you zoo fast!

The worst ever delivery (GLS) and customer service you can get. I have used lots of online suppliers including the likes of Zooplus, Bitiba, (same company based in GMBH) & Zoofast (same line of gmbh products but based in Poland). All have been dreadful but now Zoofast top the list. Zoofast might be a few pence cheaper than their competitors but their customer service and delivery courier are the pits. GLS ignore your delivery instructions and then claim to have tried to deliver 3 times. I know I was in on at least 2 occasions when they said they tried to deliver but no-one was in!!. Over 2 weeks ago I placed an order and paid through PayPal as i have always done. 4 days later they emailed me (went ironically to my spam) to say payment didn't go through. Why it took 4 days to inform me ill never know. I was desperate for a particular German brand of pet food so i paid again the same day. Over a week later & I I'm still waiting for my order. I have used them 4 times now but every time there is some delivery issue. Zoofast customer services give one liners and shrug off any responsibility on their part. When (& if) this order eventually arrives I promise it will be the last. I rather pay more and know that I can get goods in a reasonable amount of time. Avoid!

Thought I would try this company. Might be beginners luck, but excellent. Delivery was expedited quickly, better than the UK in general. Site was more than adequate, with some of the top ranges of food available. Site easy to use, could go back into account to see what was happening. Company kept in touch about order via email. Will be ordering from them again without doubt. Looking at other folks reviews, the packaging seems to be the problem in negative reviews. I got cat dry food ready packaged, then asked for cardboard packaging for the shipping. I think if you order bird seed, things like that, maybe there is more of a packaging problem, and spillage. As these items may be more fragile.

Food arrived in good time, good condition. Will definitely order from them again.

At first I was doubtful about this company, the goods being ridiculously cheap, the website being clunky, the item coming from Poland (via germany!), and having to tick to agree to pay possible additional delivery costs. Frankly, the first time I ordered from them it was really just a gamble. The cheapest 15kg Royal Canin I could find delivered was £42. Zoofast were charging £27! So, yes, I was bit surprised when the goods turned up quickly and with no extra costs. I've ordered from them three times now, I buy two bags at a time and I've had no problems at all. Recommended. (Not to be confused with "Zooplus")

i diid a big order for, birds, dogs, reptile and small furry's which included litter, sand, treats and food. really easy to use i purchased using paypal which i always use online when making order's. super easy no problem's add item's to your basket then sign up. they then ask to confirm term's of use then delivery part they give you 2 option's 1 - shrink wrapping or 2 - box. i chose the 2nd option which for that was 20p extra which i didn't mind so ended up being £31.02. my order will be delivered in 2 parcel's tracking is great from poland - germany - uk so your updated. order arrived on friday the 4th september pretty gutted one box was damaged the tubs of sand, rat mix and bird food were cracked so all was mixed at the bottom of the box. they were not taped up or shrink wrapped for transit you think they would to prevent spillage not sure if i will be using them again as the main thing was the food, sand and bird food as this website is the best for the price. a note the 1st box was great no damage but they were pet treats in boxes and packets. on a plus the price is super and no fee's is a bonus. ( careful when ordering items with tubs as they just put in box for shipment without taking any measure's in preventing damage or leakage) hope my experience help's

I cant believe that the items came from Poland within 5 days. Delivered in the UK by parcel force, great tracking system so that you can see where your parcel is, which is also great fun! Keep it up, 5 star service. Best to ask for cardboard box packaging though rather than plastic wrap, which is no extra cost and safer for transit.

I'm very pleased with the service from Zoofast. I did order once and the product turned out to be out of stock. They rang me and I changed the order . These are the best prices I can find for Royal Canin on the Internet. I would certainly recommend them. Payment has never been a problem for me as I use Paypal. Delivery could be quicker but then it may cost more so just plan ahead.

This is a company doing its best regarding prices - some of the best on the web. But I have stopped using them because their commercial website is awful - in fact I think it is broken.
If you try to use a credit card (they unhelpfully refer to the European expression "e-card" the system often rejects the card and then doesn't let you get back in to try again or use a different card. Once out of the payment cycle, the system says "the order is placed" and you get an acknowledgement. How can the order be placed if the payment hasn't been taken?
Then you get a bizarre email about the shipping and again the need to pay - which can't be done. So you start the process again and may or may not be successful... then a day or so later you get asked for payment for the first order you tried to place. Since you ignore that (because you have placed a second order), a day later you get a reminder to pay, then finally an email which says that the order is cancelled. The problem is that the workflow is broken between ordering and paying - a very old-fashioned system which seems to have been programmed quite poorly. Oh yes - if you phone them they say they can't do anything about it unless you use PayPal ( which I don't want to do). The whole process is really flaky - I have had some success with them some time ago, but not now.
So even if I have to pay more to use a different site - it's worth it not to have the frustration.

I ordered some Trixie rope toys for my dog having had trouble finding them in the uk. The price seemed too good to be true with free postage over £24. It was worth a gamble as my dog really loves those ropes, so I ordered 13 of them to qualify for the free postage. A good price for 13 of those ropes in the uk would have cost me around £70! Placing the order there was some weird stuff where you have to agree to a contract with the delivery company, but I read through it and it seemed ok. The package was despatched despite it being Easter Friday and I received it a week later. I could track its route through Poland and Germany to the UK with a tracking number I was given. All 13 ropes were there as ordered. I've nothing but praise for them, amazing price with free delivery. A++++

I was a bit dubious using this company for the first time as it was based in Poland and I usually order from UK suppliers. My concerns were totally unwarranted as I ordered on Tuesday 4th March and the two bags of 15kg dry dog food arrived today (9th March) well packaged and delivered by GLS. I have recommended this company to my family and if the price remains the same I will certainly be using them again.

I have used this company twice and i am very impressed with the service.
I have just recieved my order which took 3 days from POLAND and was £20 cheaper for 13 kg bag of dog food than i could get in the UK.
My order was tracked through poland, Germany,uk using GLS/PARCELFORCE and the delivery was FREE over £25.
Why cannot firms in the UK offer this service??????

I was a little dubious ordering from this company with it being based abroad. I needn't have worried though. The customer service I received was second to none and my parcel arrived in 4 days. I won't hesitate in ordering from them again

I only used this website once, everything was perfect. Received my dog food with no problem. Will use again!! Trustworthy, cheaper than anywhere else.

Ive used this company 4 times for Hills Prescription Dog Food saved £25 on what I was paying at the Vets and I get the 12 kg bag delivered right to my door. Have checked with Hills it is the genuine stuff. Zoofast are great at answering emails. Only draw back is approximately one week delivery time so you have to make sure you order the next one in time before you run out or you have to pay the expensive price at the Vet to keep you going. Im more than delighted with this comoany and thier service and will keep purchasing. Thanks Zoofast.

What a nightmare, they seem cheap, but they don't have the stock. And getting a refund is painful!
