My wife made an order in 2024 which never arrived and thus was cancelled via Fyndiq.

Today we got a letter where they are asking for money 2 years later for a product we never got. Absolutely laughable behavior from a company.

Avoid them at all costs! One have to wonder why some bigger companies even have them as a partner?

I ordered a mouse online - it never arrived, I didn't get a refund and I didn't get a reply to my emails either.

Merchandise is not delivered. Money has not been paid back. One star only because less is not possible.

Ordered through Mediamarkt Order 208909368 and after almost a month still no news about the order and they dont answer emails or calls.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Accusing customers of stealing instead of realizing that youre allready one of the lowest rated companies on trustpilot and you might have an internal problem.

Hopeless. Time wasters, take your money, give false tracking info. Trying to get refund through Darty (hey Darty why do you deal with fools like this?)

Worst ever. I ordered through FNAC. Never received the item, no refund, no willingness to solve the problem. I will return my membership card to FNAC. If they can't vet the companies they work with, I will not be buying from the nymore. Very angry at both companies, scammers!

Just awful : no answer to my many e mails via the Darty market place and they seem not to care about customers at all. Good advice : never use them !

I bought a movile phone at ZoomIci, through a spanish web (Phone House Spain).
The device took one week to be received (more or less as expected), but once in my hand, I noticed that the microSD slot was unusable (a kind of block inside).

Then, I contacted them for instructions to return the mobile, and they just answered that I had to contact the original facturer (Nokia). So, they did not want to accept the return, but also, did not want to manage the warranty.

Awful. The worst customer service I've ever seen.
The only remarkable point is that I was answered in my own language (spanish).

I ordered an oven from them specifically as they stated they would deliver from the 9-11 December. As we were away, My neighbour waited at my house for 2 days and the electrician was booked to fit it on the 14th. We needed it for Christmas day to cook for family and friends. It did not arrive and after a dozen or so calls and emails with no response we ended up eating cold substitutes on Christmas day. The oven arrived on the 26th December on the back of an old rental van by two guys who offered no apology. Weeks of email contact with Zoomici did not result in any meaningful response. It is without doubt the worst delivery and after sales service I have ever had. Avoid Zoomici would be my advice

Awful customer support, ordered something and they sent me the incorrect item, have to go trough all the trouble of sending it back and bla bla bla to get my money back, plus it's all in French, so they didn't even bother to write the e-mail.
I sent an e-mail in English, was expecting to be answered in the same language at least..
i don't mind keeping what they sent me, its not that big of a deal, but at least give your customers the option to get a discount or something on next purchase.
Don't recommend at all, and not buying anything else nor using their service for anything.

Ordered a keyboard from them 8 days ago, got the extra keycaps but no keyboard to be seen:/ wouldn't order from them ever again..

I brought an item from VidaXL and it was supplied by Zoomici. Order#4410208256. They have not supplied item and do not answer my emails.
