I ordered kitchen knives Laguiole from Zoomici. They were really poor quality, looked like cheap Chinese crap. When using the company’s own return form the package ”disappeared” and they won’t pay back my money. CDON haven’t been to any help either. Do not shop from them!!
Awful customer support, ordered something and they sent me the incorrect item, have to go trough all the trouble of sending it back and bla bla bla to get my money back, plus it's all in French, so they didn't even bother to write the e-mail.
I sent an e-mail in English, was expecting to be answered in the same language at least..
i don't mind keeping what they sent me, its not that big of a deal, but at least give your customers the option to get a discount or something on next purchase.
Don't recommend at all, and not buying anything else nor using their service for anything.
