I would give 10 stars if i could!!! Best Music business ever!!! Was so easy and fast! And absolutely zero interest!! I made the first payment and bam next day its at my door! Absolutely incredible guitar!!! And company!! Have to say? Was my best experience buying anything ! !

Zzounds Music Store Is Great

This was my first experience with Zzounds and it was absolutely great. I purchased a Yamaha FG830 acoustic guitar.
They made my purchase so easy, and even with a one day FedEx delay due to weather I still received my order in two days. The guitar is absolutely beautiful, and far exceeded my expectations.
Thank you Zzounds for a wonderful experience, and a great product. I definitely will be a repeat customer!!!

After 3 years and close to…

After 3 years and close to $20,000dollars. I can not order from Zzounds anymore because of an order they failed to deliver. I ordered a Telecaster PlayerII paid for overnight shipping. On the third day after I had called for the 2 days prior to find out the hold up. It was never delivered because Zzounds requested it be sent back because I simply told them there customer service has gotten to be a waste of time! I never missed a payment nor was I ever late. I actually paid everything off early and I can show my history if anyone doubts it. Because I told a customer service rep teir service was worse than a garbage dump, they decided to BAN ME FROM PLACING ORDERS! Which is fine I will make my purchases at SweetWater where you ACTUALLY GET YOUR ORDERS ON TIME AND UNDAMAGED! CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BROUGHT ZZOUNDS TO A COMPANY I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! ALL of my clients at my studio used them on my recommendation. THEY WILL NO LONGER BE ORDERING FROM ZZOUNDS AS WELL! As you can see from there reponse THEY WHERE UNHAPPY I TOLD THEM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DESTROYING A ONCE GREAT COMPANY! THEY CHOOSE TO BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR GETTING CUSTOMERS TO BEING UPSET! The customer service is top notch!!!

The customer service is top notch!!!! Anytime I needed something they were prompt and I never had a problem that those guys didn't take care of in minutes!! Wonderful company pay as u play is perfect for getting what you want the very next day and I live in a very rural area fed ex is always on time with zzounds I will never buy any equipment from anywhere else but zzounds!!!! Thank you guys for top notch and top quality merchandise and service!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for equipment the best company for equipment I've ever dealt with hands down!!!

Zzounds is my go-to shop

Zzounds is my go-to shop for all my music gear. Their selection is always great and the Play as you Pay installment plans are awesome.

The few times I called Zzounds customer service my experiences have been excellent. I recently had the opportunity to speak with Will and Ashley on two separate occasions and both went above and beyond. Just their customer service support itself has me leaving my review.

Trust me, Zzounds is the best music store and be sure to check out their selection and if you call customer support you won’t be disappointed. You’ll be in great hands.

Bad shipping, no understanding from some employee,s

Again shipping was late, evidently my order was not shipped promptly as expected. They promise 2 days , took 5 days. Ordered tues evening , said it would be there fri.. I know it was new years week but should have gotten it late Friday. Then I could have enjoyed my purchase over the weekend. If they had shipped it on wednesday. But evidently they could care less.But FedEx does it again. I ordered express shipping on a previous order , they delayed my shipment , showed up finally 5 days later, lost my express shipping charge. No follow up or anything. Course they will say it's FedEx fault. Just be prepared for disappointment in order propness. I called customer service but got a snippy female with no care or sympathy, just be prepared for disappointment. They say returns are free. I had to pay for my second one because I was not happy with 2 orders. Seems like false advertising to me. As of right now I will do business elsewhere when I need a guitar. I had bought 3 other items from them before, this makes 5. Now frustration sets in. Just be aware of lack of professionalism.

Not a Perfect Experience, but Would Buy From Zzounds Again!

I recenly purchased a $2,000 Heritage 530 from Zzounds, which, unfortunately, they didn’t double box to ship. The guitar was also shipped via FedEx, which is always a problem because of how FedEx mistreats and handles packages. Every package I receive from FedEx always looks like it’s been dragged across a mine field. As a result of Zzounds shipping via FedEx and not double boxing the guitar, the hard shell case was significantly damaged and cracked along the bottom because of the box damage from FedEx shipping. Fortunately, the hard shell case did its job and protected the guitar.

I called Zzounds about the problem and their customer service was fantastic! They provided several options to make it right, including a full refund and/or replacement. As the guitar sustained no damage and if I wanted to keep it, they also offered to just replace the case and have Heritage ship me a new one based on my decision.

Outside of an inconvenience of having to wait an additional couple of weeks for the case replacement, Zzounds was professional and courteous to make things right, which I greatly appreciate. And until the new case arrives, I can still use the damaged one in the interim.

This is my first Zzounds purchase and I was disappointed to learn that they didn’t double box the guitar, which may have avoided a damaged product altogether. The customer service rep said he was shocked to learn that it didn’t ship double boxed, so maybe this was a one-off issue that slipped through. All in all, they offered to make it right with no hassle. What more can I expect? Zzounds has a great selection and prices and I would consider buying from them again. They just need to ensure to double box guitars for shipping, especially when shipping through FedEx!

I fell three floors a while back

I fell three floors a while back, and lost my ability to work for some time. (Years of healing). My credit got destroyed. I sold all my guitars and equipment to survive. Now I am able to get going again, because Zzounds gave me the ability to use credit with them. I am so grateful, I can again play Hymns and sing praise to God again. My next purchase will be a Taylor 417 ce sb. Starting over after being severely injured isn’t easy, but Zzounds made it much more pleasant with their generous trust.

They sell defective gear.

Twice I've purchased from these guys and twice the product was defective. A Gilmore loaded pickguard with a dead neck pickup, and a CuNiFe strat set with a dead mid pup. Both times they basically told me in the fine print it states "sold as is - no refunds". Have to go directly to the pup makers, who, fortunately back up their products. But this time, Fender stated that because I bought it open box from zzounds, they could not do anything and directed me back to zzounds. No thanks, just took the pup to a luthier to be rewound. Meanwhile, zzounds has payments on auto pay and expect the full ammount. What a scam. Got me twice, wont get me again. beware, buyers.

Best advice I ever had.

A friend of mine ordered a PreSonus Eris Subwoofer 8BT. I heard the subwoofer and was taken back at it's sound and his financing. My ex-wife left our credit in shambles, so when I heard my friend Nate was paying $35.00 per month for 6 months.....I had to order one. This is for anyone that can't finance anything. I checked there website Zzounds.com and in less than 15 minutes. That same subwoofer was on its way to my house. They use no prior credit or current report. You are basically afforded a chance to purchase quality music products on your word to repay monthly. Give yourself a break, need those quality sounds for the holidays, check out Zzounds.

I ordered a Kepma Acoustic GUI with…

I ordered a Kepma Acoustic GUI with built in effects.
Packaging was great and delivery was good.

I received the guitar in such horrible condition that it was unplayable on the upper frets.
Kepma and Zzounds both advertised the guitar as Plekk Setup.
Which is the highest setup a guitar can get.
The action of f the guitar was atrocious.
There was such a gap between the neck and upper frets that you could not hold notes.
While playing the strings individually they would only make tiny notes because of the horrible fretting .

The edges of the frets was sharp on the bottom and offset on the other side.

I tried returning the guitar only to face a charge for the return.
I had to pay delivery back to Zzounds which was over $130.00 .
At no point did Zzounds reach out to me about the issue , they made zero attempt to even offer me an exchange of equal value.

Zzounds is content to charge you for a test run of a guitar.

I could have gone to an on-site retailer and played the guitar for free.

But not with Zzounds.
If you don’t like what you buy, get ready to pay for the privilege of playing a terrible product.

I will never purchase from them again.
I still have not received my money back in the purchase and in all honesty , I don’t think I will.

Zzounds is the worst online retailer I could have dealt with.
I could have purchased a knockoff guitar on eBay and been better off as EBay would have helped me out on the credit.

This is on me.
I made the mistake of using Zzounds and I’ll luce with my mistake.
