I had to try out a bunch of sizes and styles of Wydr shoes to find the right fit. The customer service team was eaay to reach and very responsive. It was easy to return and exchange items. The shoes are well made and come in a wide variety of sizes. I highly recommend Wydr shoes.

I have at least 6 pairs of shoes from WYDR. What can I say, it is so good to find shoes for extra wide shoes that look like normal shoes and not for the elderly. The company is so good to deal with, being fully online I was a bit worried about returns. The always keep in touch to let you know how the order is going. Well done and Thank you.

I’ve bought 6 pairs of these shoes and returned two of them as they weren’t my style trying them in at home. Overall they are the MOST comfortable shoes in my closet both the flats and heels. I have tiny feet but they are wide and nothing ever fits right, I would say they are very wide to the lint where they fit me just fine but do run wider than I need but there hasn’t been any rubbing or discomfort. Love them!

I am very happy with the pair of heels I ordered from Wydr. Customer service quickly responded when I emailed with sizing questions. The shoes are well-made, and I'm so glad to have found a place that sells stylish shoes in wide sizes. The only problem so far: I'm in the process of processing an exchange with them for another pair, and unfortunately, after confirming, they've shipped the wrong exchange pair. It's been 1 month since I initiated the original exchange for timeline reference, so know that your exchange/return might take longer than other brands. I have confidence they will fix this for me.

I am always struggling to find quality shoes that fit my wide feet well. Torrid was my go-to brand but their shoes quality and sizing are very inconsistent. I saw Wydr's social and I tried Wydr's heels. the block heels are very stable, footbed cushioning is good, and the best thing is its wide toe box. Instantly fell in love with Wydr's shoes. will purchase more pairs

My experience with Wydr has been great. I bought a pair of Sam loafers, and I am very happy with the fitting. the toe box is very wide for my wide feet. Leather quality seems good, and cushioning is very comfy. I will definitely purchase again from Wydr

I ordered a pair of shoes from Wydr on January 4 and spent weeks stuck in an exchange and refund loop. I was told different things about restocking timelines for the exchange size and style, and only after multiple follow‑up emails did it become clear that there was effectively no reliable restock plan and that I should choose between a refund or a different style.

After I finally requested a refund, I received an email saying it had been “processed” and should appear within a few business days. As of today (Feb 25), I still have not seen the refund posted to my account, and I had to email again just to be told “sorry for the delay” with no concrete proof of when the refund was actually submitted.

The product concept for wide feet is promising, but the lack of clear, proactive communication and the stalled refund/return process make this a risky purchase. Because fit is critical for wide feet and you may need to try and return or exchange, I would not recommend buying from Wydr unless you know for sure you won't need return or refund.

Replacement options: I went for Orthofeet (though I didn't need a return; plus they're HSA/FSA eligible) and Propet (via Amazon, return is super easy) instead. I'm WW for Wydr, between wide and extra-wide for Orthofeet, xx-wide (4E) for Propet.

Update (Feb 28): The refund was eventually posted, with ~$10 deducted for return shipping, with accordance with their return policy.

Given the extended wait, I asked if a full refund was possible. The company offered to request a full refund and provide a $10 gift card if I updated or removed my Trustpilot review. I decided to leave my review unchanged so that other customers can have the full context of my experience.

WYDR’s wide width shoes are well made with quality materials. For years the only fashionable shoes I could find in WW came from Torrid or Lane Bryant at a high price for questionable quality. WYDR shoes are made with real leather instead of plastic, and are worth the investment. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’ve had some issues with inconsistent sizing. My actual shoe size is 8.5W. I have 2 pairs of boots from WYDR that didn’t come in half sizes, so I ordered them in 9W. They fit very loose, almost too big. I bought a pair of loafers in 8.5W thinking they should be just right, and instead they’re tight- almost too small.

I have multiple Wydr shoes. I have wide feet and they offer a good variety of cute options for my wide width needs. I’m so glad they exsist. Before finding them I thought I was doomed to ugly wide shoe options. They definitely have a repeat customer with me.

I honestly do not know what i would be wearing shoe wise if i had not found Wydr shoes online. I just received the t strap mary janes and they feel and fit great! My overall experience with my purchases has been good . Thank you WYDR

I had 3 pairs of Wydr shoes. They fit my wide feet nicely. I have been having a very tough time finding comfortable shoes that fit me well, until I tried Wydr once and instantly fell in love. It was a bit of hit or miss at first, but when I put my first pair, which is a heel, on, there was not break in and it quickly hug my feet. I then placed another 2 orders to buy a pair of loafers and boots.

This was my first time buying from WYDR, and it took a couple exchanges for me to figure out what sizes and shoes fit me best, as they seemed to run a bit big. Per their size chart, I should be 8WW, but found I needed 7WW. Their customer service team was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the exchange process and, thanks to their help, I'm excited to say I finally have a couple pairs of cute sandals that fit my wide feet! I'm definitely looking forward to wearing them more as the weather gets warmer.

The shoes when they fit are awesome. I bought some perfect knee high boots that fit like a dream. but when I've returned items I had to follow-up repeatedly to ask for the credit/ refund.

Buying shoes online can be a risk but WYDR really go the extra yard with measurements and information to make choosing the right size easy. And when they arrive they are so comfortable and just plain gorgeous! No trade off between style and comfort here…burgundy slingbacks provide genuine comfort and thoughtful design for us wide feet gals! Love them!!!

The shoes are truly luxury- the finest materials and craftsmanship for a true wide fit!!! Oftentimes shoes this wide are lower quality materials/fast fashion. These are so comfortable and high quality- my feet do not sweat, never get blisters! I love them. I’ve also found customer service to be super responsive and helpful. I started with one pair, but I now own 6 pairs of wydr shoes. My regular width friends give me compliments allllll the time!

These are by far the most comfy shoes ive ever worn. They are stylish & go well with most of my clothes.
The only problem was with my second order, they were thrown over the fence & the dogs chewed them up. But I rececived new pair soon after.

I am so happy with the purchases of my Wydr shoes. I have worn the sneakers and the sneakerinas, and I'm impressed with the arch support and the overall feel of the shoes. I look forward to wearing the 3 pair of dress shoes I purchased.

I selected Wydr since they had a chunky loafer that I was unable to find in a men's brand. The Tate Vegan loafer is both comfortable and stylish. I've gotten compliments! The style is basically unisex and I think Wydr should focus on marketing to men as well as women.

Best shoes ever. Im 6 pairs in and basically replacing my entire shoe inventory to this brand.
