I ordered a beautiful 4 door pine dresser in 2018. Eight years later the dresser, used every single day, still looks like new. The doors and drawers all still fit perfectly. I love it.

As other poor reviews on this company have said, the product (a lTV unit) was great. Steve made it to my design, was very helpful and accurate with good communication. Delivery too was good. However, I emailed him a few month later to say that wood knots on all four doors were starting to show through the Farrow and Ball paint. I sent photos and asked whether I could ship all four doors back to him, at my cost, for repainting so that they would still match the remainder of the unit. No response was received. I phoned and asked for him to contact me, but he didn't. It's a sad thing that so many small independent companies and/or self employed individuals are doing this. Everything is fine, then as soon as they're paid, they don't want to know of any issues with their products or service. This TV unit was long, low and not cheap. I'm a pensioner in my 70s and it looks like I will have to paint the whole unit now, which will never look as good as when spray painted by Wye Pine. Needless to say, we will not be using them again, and WILL NOT be recommending them!!

I ordered a shaker style white painted dressing table from Wye Pine. I wanted a small table to fit in the alcove next to a chimney breast and this seemed ideal and they were able to deliver before Christmas. The table is incredibly well made and the paint finish flawless, even the 3 small drawers feel solid and hold a huge amount. The communication from order to delivery was excellent and was especially nice to have the table delivered by their own team. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered a beautiful sideboard in September which was made to order and delivered at the beginning on November. It’s absolutely stunning and well worth the money. It was hand delivered by Wyepine, with care. I 100% recommend.

I ordered a painted glazed Welsh dresser before Xmas; samples were sent and an e-mail to confirm the finishes. I was delighted when it arrived 5 weeks later. The friendly delivery team carefully carried it into the room and did the final assembly and now it looks wonderful fitting into the space in the kitchen.

Great company to deal with. Always do what they say they will. Just taken delivery of a custom built bookcase and dresser which is exactly what we agreed on, and ordered. Cannot fault them and would recommend to anyone who wants a quality product at a good price. Excellent customer service, and delivered/installed bang on time by very pleasant delivery team. One delighted customer!

I would have written a review sooner except I didn`t realise I could.
I cannot praise the service enough. The bookcase I had made to my specifiation is absolutely beautiful. It was delivered on time ......all the way to Anglesey in North Wales.
I have now contacted the company to order beds.
If you're nervous about ordering then don`t be . Order withb confidence!!

Delighted with my desk from Wye Pine. It is just as pictured/ordered. I had a hard time finding a desk with file drawers but Wye Pine had one to order. The company is very good at keeping in touch with you and sent samples of the finish colours to confirm I had made the right choice. Desk was delivered earlier than promised despite all the current global delays with materials. Highly recommend the company.

Woodland ladies wardrobe, forest bedside tables and bespoke desk really pleased with how good they look and how well made, exceeded expectations so have to give 5 stars despite delayed delivery. Well worth waiting for.

I don't feel I can give Wye Pine a reference, except to say the full refund I eventually received was very swift and unequivocal.

Excellent from order to delivery
From receiving a drawing with spec to confirm the order. Kept me informed without prompting about the delivery date. I offered to pay for some modifications but they suggested a solution without cost. Product superb when it arrived. Refreshing to deal with a company that has a personal touch. They make it clear they deliver themselves so it will be at a time when they are in the area, which means the product arrives as it leaves the factory not thrown around by a big courier.

Ordered a tall computer cupboard from Wye pine as not many companies make them now. We had it made to our specifications so everything fits in nicely.
Now the bad side -
The colour is supposed to be a dark oak but it's just usual pine stain and it's not varnished inside - apparently because we had a back put on it so they couldn't do it!
The doors don't shut properley so we thought we'd move the catches only to find bare pine underneath them as it must have been stained after these were fitted.
I rang Wye Pine twice and asked if they could send some of the stain so hopefully we could patch it up, they said they would but nothing has arrived. It looks awful there is also a large gap on the doors. We paid
£535 for something that looks a lot worse than the old cupboard we got rid of. I would never recommend this company.

If you are looking for well made and reasonably made pine furniture that is made to order, look no further than Wye Pine.

The website is easy to use and they have an amazing selection of designs and finishes at very fair prices.

Once the order was placed we received a note in the mail with a diagram of the item and a sample of the finish that we had selected to give us a chance to double check that we were happy.

When it was ready we were called to be asked when it would be convenient to deliver the chest of drawers and they arrived right in the quoted time window and carried it up to where we wanted it to be placed.
