Waited 18 weeks for order and had cancelled in the end .

I ordered my trousers a year ago and I still have not received these. I have sent countless email to try and get my money back without any success. I am extremely unimpressed with the service.
Can you advise if I will ever get the trousers or my money back?

The actual product is great. But communication is terrible and delivery is ridiculously slow, I think I'd rather pay extra and have stuff arrive on time without having to chase them for two weeks or more.

If you order definitely use PayPal for security.

It was a long time from order to delivery; approx 2 weeks.

I'm not too impressed with the cut. I have the ladies version and it feels a little too tight across the shoulders/chest. Really I'm going to have to lose weight for it to feel like the right fit. If course it's a bespoke design so can't go back. The prints feel like they are stuck on and I'm sceptical about whether they will stay on for long tbh, that is if I ever get to lose weight and wear it.

Great products and top quality riding clothes. There customisation is spot and looks fantastic

I'm re writing my review.
Service and communication is poor and needs to be stepped up. I've waited 3 weeks for a shirt and I've had to chase it.
People get frustrated when delivery times are not adhered to and not notified.
Tel number out of use to contact them.
I have now received my shirt and the quality is pretty good , packed well.
Now would I use them again?
Reluctantly, but I'd make sure that delivery times were assured,and would only pay by credit card incase refund or dispute arose.

Shame I can't give 0 stars ordered over 3 weeks ago and still no jersey don't waste your money buying anything off these clowns

Bought a short sleeve carbon mtb jersey. Loving it so far. Good sizing and very comfy to wear.
Would've been 5 stars if not for the long delivery time.

It took over 3 weeks to get my first order which was disappointing but I thought I'd give them another chance unfortunately I'm 3 weeks in and still no news on when I'm going to get my order

Understand that this is a small run business but they continue to sell merchandise that isn’t In stock!! Don’t think waiting 3/4 months for T-shirts is really acceptable

I now own a plain blue shirt,the arm stripes fell off on a bike ride,the rest of the logo came off in a quick wash(15mins)...certainly not impressed

The product itself is great the trousers fit great and the top is a great fit breathable and stylish . No complaints at all . The postage took awhile due to the volume of orders but I would definitely recommend this company the price is worth the wait less than half the price of other brands for basically the same thing .

It fits perfectly and is very comfortable great quality would recommend.

Can't go wrong with all their customisable MTB clothing, great prices and lovely people!

I’ve ordered many things, all good quality but only 2 mistakes, 1 time someone ordered the same thing with the same name as me so orders got mixed up which is understandable and right now I’m waiting on a 2nd item that wasn’t received when I ordered 2 things but I always message them and they give me fast and very good replies so I’m general great product and amazing customer service!
