This is borderline legal action. I ordered a motorbike top box and it arrived, but it was second-hand!! It was covered in scratches, parts were missing, and there were no assembly instructions. DISGRACEFUL!! I’ll never deal with them again! BEWARE!!
Contacted twice for information (in French and in English) about a couple of products… never received an answer!
Legit, but poor. Ordered €600+ worth of accessories. Asked for the red footpegs (in French), they sent blue. Ordered fog lights with mounts, turned out the mounts were included, but this was not mentioned in the description and no one bothered to confirm. Then they sent it by Chronopost which is utterly hopeless. My package sat in the French dispatch centre for 2 weeks and well past the delivery date. In that time I ordered and received two parcels from Japan so it’s not Brexit that is to blame. Had to phone DPD UK and make a fuss, then the parcel started moving. Contacted shop support twice, RE delivery and footpeegs, no one ever responded. In the future will order from Japan, cheaper and faster.
