Uploaded 23 & Me data, got carrier & MTHFR results in ~1hr, alerted me to unknown concern to discuss with doctor.

Results were quick and reports were fun to read!

I got the results quickly , easy to read format. I had more extensive questions about a specific gene and customer support helped me quite a bit.

A real big let down unfortunately. I ordered 3 reports and only got one back, and subsequent emails have not been answered by them. I have asked for a refund and still awaiting a response. There is no telephone number to ring either! Not happy!

My report was generated in less than an hour. I found some of the information to be helpful and other information confusing. I reached out through their website for support. After several attempts, I did speak to someone who answered my questions and helped clear up most of my confusion through a chat. I would have preferred to have spoken to someone over the phone, but customers can't call for support; only email or chat is available. Despite initially struggling to understand my report and not having a phone number to call, I did benefit from the report as I was able to share it with my doctor.

I had ordered two tests and only received one in the period of time they told me it would be ready. Unfortunately, I had to reach out to them through 3 modes of communication (their online chat service, "contact us" form, and the customer service email) to remedy the issue and get my missing report to me and it took almost a week for someone to get back to me, which was a bummer. Thank you to Bill for your help!

I was happy to get the results but wish they were a little more clear on terminology. Hoping to understand better what “moderately likely” means.

Interesting, abundant information that partially matched available clinical records, which points out to the accuracy of the analysis.

I wanted more detailed nutrition information than I received with 23&me, and I’m so glad I found Xcode Life! Uploading my data was easy, and it took about 4 hours for my results to be ready. The information they give you is clear and easy to understand.

Fascinating stuff! Could not believe the amount of information available from these tests and the accuracy (confirm by a number of other medical tests I've already done). I especially loved the health-related items that allowed me to optimise my biohacking.

I used Xcode Life to upload raw data from Ancestry DNA to check out things like pharmacological recommendations. The process was quick and easy, and my reports were ready within an hour or so.
Out of interest I compared my results with the another service of the same type. They didn't match up so I'm not sure which one is correct or not, or whether they each use different research to come up with answers but either way, while the outcome is not the be all and end all, it was very interesting to read and will be helpful going forward.

Easy to use and valuable information I can apply to my lifestyle. Definitely recommend!

Basic package (allergy, health, nutrition etc) reports are comprehensive and easy to understand, they also provide some suggestions.
I uploaded raw data from 25andme and Xcode used it as much as possible. Unfortunately, only limited number of DNA is available for analysis. However, this is due to 25andme rather than Xcode limitation.
I recommend Xcode Life if you are interested in deeper review of DNA tests.

I really enjoyed the user friendly and actionable reports xcode generated. I have used other dna data analytics sites, but the information was often too technical. Xcode’s customer service is very professional and helpful.

I used XCode Life for two genetic tests. I used my existing raw dna data for these tests. I was happy with the thoroughness of the results and more so with the speed at which my results were returned- within 1 hour each time! I will definitely use XCode again! -Emilie Ellenberg
