The worse phone operator I have ever seen across 3 countries. I can’t believe such an unprofessional company still has customers and operates. Just to replace a SIM card after a stolen phone, the process takes over two weeks. Every time you have a question the respond “Contact us via Whatsapp and an agent will deal with your case”. They can take up to a WEEK to respond. Really, even for free they would not be worth it, everything is simply slow and bad.
For this very low price I can forgive them all, especially if I remember that mobile coverage from Orange España, yes, sometimes I need to reset APN settings to back my 5g speed, but 10 euros - 7.26 euro = 2.74 euros for 100 Gb/1 month! Wow! Home internet price 7.26 euros instead of 20 or 30 euros, I wish you all the best guys and if you can improve your technical support will be better but it is not for free, I understand! Keep this price and I suggest to your subscribers always to have plan B with internet, just in case of problems spend 3-5 euros in this days to have other internet and after that continue to enjoy low prices of Xenet! I always get answers for technical issues, if exist, in their office, so, they working.
