I wish I could give a negative 1 star. Stay away their pricing is misleading, their reps are incompetent, and their customer service is trash, to put it politely.
I am currently an Xfinity Mobile customer. I recently inquired about purchasing a new phone and adding a line to my account. When I called, the first time, and after being on the phone for an hour, to make the purchase I was told that my monthly payment would be $144.57. The next day, my order was canceled in their system for some reason. The next day I called, I spent an hour and a half with this rep, who quoted a monthly bill of $181. I told him that wasn't correct, and I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor did a re-calculation and then I was told my new monthly payment would be $151. The next day my order was canceled, again. This time, I asked to speak directly with a supervisor. I spent almost two hours with Irene, and then I was told that my new monthly bill would be $164. I told her they should honor the price that I was originally quoted. She refused. I am seeking for Xfinity to honor the price that their reps give.

I canceled my Internet service because it went out every single day and I had to reset my router, I canceled my Home Phone. I canceled my TV service and I kept my cell phone service and then they charged me $50 extra per line because I cancel all my other services. They are ridiculous. I paid them over 300 and something dollars in March and then they never send me a final bill. I was told it was paid in full and then they sent me to a collection agency owe 150 bucks more . Beware of their service do not use them. They are horrible.

When leaving this company they will not give me a final bill for last month service and paying off my phone to the tune of $400. What company does not provide a final bill!!! I activated one line on the 26 of the month and the other on the 14th of the following month. Once my first bill arrived I got charged $112.77 no biggie it was activation fees and a few days for the previously month all on one bill. I login into my app and my bill is 111.32 but the 112.77 was already charged to my card so I call them to ask why I still had a bill for 111.32 they said they have no idea where it came from and to dispute with my bank. And that’s when the nightmare started. I disputed with my bank but every month would get 2 separate bills for 2 separate billing cycles I called countless times, went to the store in person no one could explain. I filed a complaint with the fcc and finally a lady named Kacie reach out and none of her explanations made sense either she is trying to tell me that both bills were valid because I activated one line before the other and changed my address. When I told her that made no sense she keeps threatening me with wanting to take the credit they had given me for the 112.77 away saying the bill was valid! So I asked again how can it be valid 2 lines at $224 a month and again she goes back to accept this or we are reversing the credit. Keep in mind they sent another bill to collections and I kept getting emails about different bills for a different billing cycle every month. I missed work to go into their store and they couldn’t even solve it. So after countless hours on the phone, missed work, stress all I got were threats of taking the credit which is rightfully mine away. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LOSERS! Comcast contacted me to move my lines from ATT to Comcast Mobile. They offered me $200.00 for each line we moved from ATT to them. I have the email from the sales rep Jonason Holland confirming that we would receive them within 4 weeks. Its been over 7 months and 16 phone calls, being put on hold for hours then disconnected, being lied to saying they are coming but never received. Called the 800# for the gift card redemption center every month and nothing was ever submitted by Comcast. Their instructions on how to do that did not work so I called customer service..in Pakistan. They completely messed up my phone rendering it useless . I spent 3 hours one night, almost the whole day next day and a few hours the day after trying to resolve the issue. Do yourself a favor and DON’T GET XFINITY MOBILE. The service s***s, I changed from T-Mobile to Xfinity Mobile on the recommendation of the salesman. Which was a mistake! I went into xfinity and cancelled my mobile service, I paid off my charges on my account. Xfinity continued to charge my credit card monthly 5 more times until I reported my cc lost, I called Xfinity monthly to complain that they improperly charged me and to reinform them that I cancelled my mobile account only to be billed again the next month, and so in a circle. Now 13 months later, I get a call from a collection agency stating that I am past due on my mobile account and it is in collections. They are trying to convince me that I am to be billed continuously until I have pay them in advance of any anticipated billing that may be incurred.
They have had the 5 charges that I disputed reversed to recharge me again and now they are saying that I still need to pay up for services not rendered.

Okay new chance for Comcast. I spoke to the Redemption Center. They instructed me to speak with Wireless again and to a manager. I did ask for a manager, the agent said she had to get with her supervisor first.
It seems they put the cards through. I will check in a few days with the redemption center to see if they did do this. If all works out it takes 4-6 weeks for the cards.
I will clear the review when this situation is resolved. So a positive we hope?
Don't believe the Credit Card Promotion. Started service was told they give a 200.00 Credit card for each line brought in from another service. Takes 90 days.
In January of 2024, received 1 credit card for 100.00. I called the salesperson, they said they told them and the department would get with me.
No response after many calls. Only they say oh no one is for 100.00 and the other is 200.00. No, not what I was told.

Incompetent customer service - sent to collections for fake #s!
We had a terrible experience with Xfinity internet (constant freezing on Zoom) and they couldn't fix it, but they had a monopoly in our location. We were thrilled to leave as soon as we had another option. Then Xfinity mobile wouldn't release 2 of our family's 4 mobile numbers, causing people to be without phone or text access for 10-14 days! In the process, the impossible customer service kept promising fixes and putting us off for days at a time, and when we finally got access to top secret high level customer service, they did solve the problem, but to do so, they had to create 2 dummy phone numbers. We were assured those accounts would be cancelled.
Not only was that untrue and we were charged for another month, but when we noticed and got on chat to remove the accounts, two different agents on two different days told us the account would be cancelled - we even got cancellation confirmation emails - and yet Xfinity kept charging us and eventually sent our account to a collections agency! For something we didn't even use! They aren't real phone numbers or accounts!
I've never in my life worked with more incompetent customer service!
