I bought VVDI2 from them and 2 types…
I bought VVDI2 from them and 2 types chip for keys. They send me only one type and only 10 of 20 pieces. I wrote them for a whole month because of their slow answers. Never get the chips which i payed. Now after 1 year and after update software and firmware on interface. It's not working any more, and now I'm writing wit them for a 2 weeks and I want to throw all away from me. It's not simple when you buy something and when you work with it and it stops to work and a car is in garage...

Faulty since arrival says dispatched from UK
Trying to send back but support is so slowwww
When they finally reply they want me to send it to China at the cost over over £600 when insured against loss of damage
Mastercard involved now trying to get my money back
I've now bought im508 and programed loads of vehicles without issues
