Im not the biggest fan of your proprietary ways of distributing internet. With that being said I am a fan of Customer Service provided in times of need. Dayna helped me with my latest issue by quickly getting the engineering dept. involved to find a solution.

Service is very unreliable unless you bring up the frequent and regular outages for tv and internet.
Our apartment management was sold a bill of goods.
Promises were never fulfilled. Response to phone calls doesn't happen, silence reigns supreme when complaints are made.
Simply put, Xiber is not ready for prime time. Their trump card is a slick sales pitch, then they just dissapear when customers discover they arebthe ones left holding the bag.

After three days of bumpy cable tv, Raine was able to listen attentively and politely to my frustrations with the service. She submitted a ticket to the engineer for follow-up and we discussed rebooting the system. The reboot seems to be working. Time will tell.
