Xiber customer support is top tier
Benjamin was IT support for me as well as the first person I talked to through Xiber. for me from initial start up of the service, I have never had such knowledgeable and competent support from previous internet providers. My tech, Benjamin, was extremely friendly, prompt, personable, and helpful. He got my issue resolved in about 30 minutes - and half that was because I was doing chores while I helped him with reconfiguring wires on the router.

Terrible internet
Terrible company as others have stated just force their complex wide deals and provide very spotty internet. If a stable connection is something you value just move out of any complex that forces this, nobody can be reasoned with so the $$$ must be too good.
