After having now inspected the front brake pads after the package was delivered in a broken battered state. (see previous dated pictures)
I am glad the contents are serviceable.
I would strongly suggest a review of the courier system would be appropriate!!

Didn’t get enough information about about my order, was worried I had been scammed and had to contact you after not receiving any information about my order being delivered after two weeks of waiting.

Terrible company to deal with.
Listed the wrong part number for my Yamaha brake disc, I discovered this after it arrived and did not fit. Sent all the documents and image evidence ... Twice.
Returned the disc... Then they stopped replying to my requests for my refund.
Complained to Visa credit cards and started a claim under section 75... Amazingly, XLmoto then paid my refund.
The whole process took nearly 3 months
No customer service phone number, email only
Their customer complaints department is a 3rd party company that can take up to 6 months to come to a resolution due to their work load.
I would never recommend this company.

I’ve bought several items from xlmoto and never had any issues. I’ve gone for their own brand, Course, and yeah it’s a budget option but the products so far have been spot on. This site is usually my first stop when I need any kit. Delivery is always quick. I’ve never had to return anything so I can’t comment on customer service regarding that but I’m confident they’d handle it correctly if the time came.

Price and they delivered to Northern Ireland. When companies in the UK wouldn’t take my business. Couldn’t be happier.

My parcel was never received by myself, it said delivered but I could not find it. Trying to get a refund was ridiculous, it took over a month to receive, they did not update on any delays. Never use them again. The bag was a father's day gift from our children, never received, never refunded. Awful company, do not recommend.
