The gear came rather quickly, I appreciated they made sure I had picked the right size for myself. This is the best quality nogi gear I’ve ever gotten, I love the rubber lining that keeps the shirt tucked in.

I ordered grappling shorts and rashguards from xmartial. I like the creativity put into the designs and the comfort of the apparel. I would recommend buying from xmartial anytime and I probably will keep buying my gear and grappling apparel from there.

Ordered MMA shorts. Everything went 100% well. Frequent update mails from their customer service regarding delivery status. Product is great: very good quality, original designs, good size.

The customer service was so helpful, the most communicative company ever and very kind in every email we had. Eventually everything was resolved and the quality of their product is superb and so comfortable, the design is so cool and I love training in it! Amazing company and products and definitely recommend as a gift if you know anyone who trains martial arts!

Unfortunately it took almost 2 months to get my order BUT it was worth the wait!!! High quality product, feels great while wearing, true to size. Customer service is just awesome!! They called me to confirm the size for my husband‘s new rashguard to be 100% sure that we‘re picking the right one. Always nice when I messaged them to ask about the delivery status (because it took forever and I somehow couldn’t track it properly)

My husband ordered me a rashguard I really wanted for Christmas. Shipping was fairly quick considering it was the holidays. The quality is amazing and I love that is has the rubber waistband!

After the order, they contacted me on their initiative to once again determine the size of the ordered equipment, and if it hadn't been for that, I would have taken the wrong size due to my mistake.

The processing and Shipping is Terribly slow. Slower than almost anywhere else I have ever ordered from.
The Customer Services is the worst. I had to send an email 5 times just to get a simple question answered about my order. Then, when I inquired about the status, I got different answers from different reps. The item still has not shipped. I ordered it over a week ago. It will not arrive on time either. Paying for shipping for something that takes this long is insane. Really poor form. Will definitely never order from here again and will never recommend to anyone else at the gyms I go to.

Update: the company did reach out to make amends as much as possible for the issues. Their call customer service is far, far better than their emails service.

My experience with xmartial is always consistent wether it’s talking to them about an order or about there product. The quality on there gear is such high performance and made for intense training. The best thing I love about xmartial is there support system for there athletes .
