The application has performed better for my lovely daughter. She travels frequently, and I need to check where she is when I'm in between tasks. I'm usually busy, and sometimes I don't get a chance to call her back. I use the application to track her exact location, which gives me peace of mind. The app did have some issues at the start - data wouldn't load properly, and the call recording feature didn't work.

There are some strong features in XNSPY, particularly the monitoring options, but installation and performance could be better. It works, but requires patience at times. An average experience overall.

The app offers a wide range of monitoring tools, and the dashboard is fairly easy to use once you get familiar with it. That said, updates aren’t always instant, and customer support response times can vary. It’s an okay option, but not perfect.

Support team is responsive, but there’s still room to improve consistency and resolution speed.

The text message tracking works decently and provides a clear view of conversations, but it could be more refined in a few areas.

DO I wish I could see all the messages sent and received on their phone? Yes! Does the app show all the messages? No! Do I recommend? YESSSS!!!. Not the messages as much, but the call records, location, and screenshots of the phone worked very well, but the app needs serious upgrades. 3 stars at best!

I requested a refund due to a technical issue, and he was very respectful and processed my refund request quickly.

Basic tracking features (calls, screen, location) work well for me but not satisfied with advanced monitoring.

Biggest scam do not pay anything..
Look there are same tool for free who have all features included search with chatgpt...

This company is a rogue company. The website shows supporting IOS system, unfortunatly it does not support IOS at all. After I purchased the subscription, the staff told me that. The worse thing is that they could not provide full refund to me even though I have not started to log in. That is a hoolganism! Do not trust this company.

DONT buy IT!!!!!!! unless You read everything on the whole web. They claim it is undetectable... in order to hide icon You have to do it manually in android main screen.. everyone that uses the phone can find it is hidden(and there is something that should not be there). They claim to monitor all.. but in order to have it so, You have to have phone ROOTed .. but in order to realize it, You have to hover over text and read popup text... and so on. So DONT BUY it unless You rerad it all. or You get 50% refund

I can't even begin to tell you how frustrating it is to have high hopes about something like this just to be let down as bad as I was. Literally if I could give it 0 stars I would. Signed up 7 days ago and paid my $35.99 membership right away. Right off the bat had to contact customer support because after installing on my targets phone I wasn't seeing any information coming up. The rep told me it takes 24 hous to upload but it would all come up after that. So 24 hours later still nothing so I had to contact them again. This time the guy tells me the thing isn't installed correctly so I have to reinstall in my targets phone. I was like wow most people are installing this in secret so getting to your targets phone a second time secretly is going to be difficult right. But not impossible because I did it. Ok then after I installed again I go check it 24 more hours later because remember once its installed you got to wait 24 hours for things to start showing but I was assured that it would all still be recorded. Ok whatever. So finally go.back in there and the stuff is crap. I see only some calls and not others and I only see some text messages. I know for a fact that the phone had several calls yesterday and those were not even logged. I go back to call recordings to hear the calls and surprise surprise I can't access those or GPS due to the targets phone being a older version of Android. So everything on here is useless to me it won't track GPS or record calls, text messages or incoming outgoing calls. Nothing absolutely nothing. So unreliable. I can't take this to court. I need 100% proof that's facts. I've actually downloaded spyware that was free that is more reliable then XNSPY. Such a waste of time and I'm actually out 35 bucks because they cant do full refunds only partial refunds. So I'm gotta eat it. So disappointed.

Doesn't work, won't upload,. Company doesn't respond to ask for refunds 20 minutes after purchasing. Completely trash. Wasted $50.

It's a rip off. I tied installing the software but was unable to. Tried to get support but didn't receive any.
Asked for a refund but was just ignored. Stay away guys.

You need 1 hour to install and then google play blocks the app. 1 update and this crap wont work, these guys are stuck at android 14. No refunds because you should have read that in micro text somewhere hidden. These guys are frauds. I just lost 59$ and this crap wont work.

Total fraud app, you purchase your money gone, there is no support system after purchase. Please don't forget to cancel the renewal system if purchased. I have made a complaint in cyber crimes bureau, please do it in your respective countries
