Program does not give you info for 24 hours!! New phones do not work. No record calls, the internet records cookies not sites and no specifics. No Google play monitoring type application. Web access is non intuitive . They will not honor money back guarantee. I downloaded within 20 minutes saw it was not functional like portrayed. Though tech was nice he told me they spend money on the program so money back did not mean money back. Google will not allow an app on their site....they used to have one. Now without it you get the web portal which is worthless.

Do not purchase this app. It does not work and it's customer care team have no clue how to actually get the app working

Do not buy! The application does not work. Technical support is slow and frustrating if they even bother to respond. scam

Very disappointing and misleading service. Also, they refuse to answer your questions with direct answers. Every time I would ask a technical question before subscribing, they would refer me to a link to the website; no straight answers. Most of the features required the phone to be rooted which again wasnt mentioned until after I subscribed.

Absolute garbage. App didn't work, customer support is robotic and technically inept, waste of money.

You can no see the calls that are coming in before the next day. The lors are not in real time. They have reset my account 5 tirés and still nothing works.

Elis Jones of the costumer service just stops talking to you after saying he s going to come back. He never comes back. Ha to deal with him 3 times. I have the app since 1 week and I have to call them every Day since because it doeant work properly. The refund policy is a rip off. Dont buy the app.

I suspect most of the positive reviews on here are written by XNSpy themselves. I purchased this to monitor my 13 year old daughter's phone as she is a vulnerable child and need to ensure her safety. The website clearly says it monitors Facebook Messenger etc but it does not.

On reporting this after just one week to XNSpy (chat only, good luck finding a person to speak to), they tell you that they don't offer this service at all. Basically, their on website is a pack of lies.

What you do get.. a couple of days of text messaging, a really useful page telling you what apps are installed (although that failed to recognise Facebook was even installed so frankly was rubbish) and a really useful key logger page that tells you frankly nothing about which app the key logging took place on.

There is no monthly subscription available, only an annual cost and when you ask for your money back.. guess what? Just 50% is what you get back.

Take my advice, this company clearly are a scam organisation who promise the earth and deliver nothing.

Reason for my anger? My daughter was indeed approached by a private message from a man she did not know who tried to get her to send pictures of herself. XNSpy did not pick this up.

What a piece of crap app and a scam at the very least. Most of the features don't work well at all. Constantly loses connection and misses tracking information in texts, call, email, etc. What's worse is the app is not locked, so anyone that is even remotely tech savvy can easily uninstall the app. The app is not hidden like thier website suggests.

Straight thieves plain out trash. Most of their features do not work correctly. They tell you they arent providing a lot of apps/services like viber and facebook messenger at the moment, after you buy it. When you request a refund, they only offer you a 30% refund. . .

When I was paying monthly everything seemed to work fine for my needs as soon as paid for the yearly subscription the app started to have issues. Support obviously use scripts and dont bother reading what u have said is the issue. Just constantly being told that they have updated the backend of the app I'm to reboot and I will get my information- this only worked twice. I started getting more issues- txts weren't being recorded, location was not accurate, couldn't upload networks, and when it did showed the device in the wrong location. Now been trying to get them to deal with the issue of commands not being sent, 1st I was told to reboot, I told them there was an issue with the app which they 1st denied then 2 days later told me they were having issues and I was to b patient and it would be resolved in 12 - 24hrs. Well it's been 3 days and still being told to wait now 2-3 days. Absolutely uselessness. Told them I wanted all days that I have not been able to use the app properly to be put on end of term which they said they could do 1 day. Looking for another app as this is losing me alot of valuable info, and support r not supportive. Would not recommend this at all

Initially, it made a good impression, but !!!!

1) They deleted all the stored data, although I had an active subscription. Without any notification. Simply because the phone app hadn't been contacting their cloud for 29 days.... What an ugly move. Really disgusting.

2) Their app is easily caught by the android system anti-malware ...

Well, sorry, I'm too disappointed.

Really bad customer service. The app doesn't work on my phone. Contacted them several times via Chat (They don't have any phone number or physical address). Tried to install, reinstall and do whatever they instructed me to do to make it work but it didn't.
I purchased this app yesterday and today I request for a full refund. They don't want to issue it, just want to keep my money. After a long debate, they agree to issue 50% back. They keep half of my $59.99 and provide me a service that doesn't work. Extremely greedy and unprofessional.
If they can do it to me, they can also do it to all of you. Stay away from this SCAM at all cost if you don't want to lose money and gain frustration.
