Excellent customer service
I was accompanied from the beginning to the end of my project by excellent customer service who was able to advise me on the best settings to make my prototype. I had no previous experience with 3D printing. I simply sent them my 3D file and they took care of adapting it to the selected print type. The lead time was on time and the delivery arrived a few days early. Very satisfied with the service.

one more to proceed it and then more than 10 days delivery.

The online quote is very easy to use. Xometry is highly responsive via e-mail or integrated chat. Xometry adapts to your company's payment methods. Part prices are highly competitive. Delivery is also very fast. Parts packaging is sometimes a little too draconian.

Good Quality - Fast Delivery - Professional Support
Up to now we had 15 projects starting with about 1000€ up to about 20.000€ (means a lot for us…)
All of the project had faster or at least the promised delivery time.
The quality of all parts where within the specs - engineer standards.
The communication during the “setup” process was professional and friendly.
I’m quite sure we will continue with Xometry Europe when milling parts are needed.
