Very satisfied with my orders from Xometry.
I haven't reached their design limit yet and it's very nice.

I have made already 2 orders with xometry. And will definitely continue developing my prototypes with them.

I had a bit of an issue with my second model, and I got personalized help to achieve the desired result.

Ordered two small pieces in black but got them in grey. The color on the website was described as black. I contacted the support and they said, they will ship it again in black. After some weeks I received another email that stated that the color were right and that it were a bright black. No further correspondent. I will never buy again by Xometry. There are enough other competitors who behave better.

Bad experience as a manufacturer, a test piece was made and sent, but Xometri refused to accept the shipment from Deutschepost. Wasted manufacturing time and shipping money.

Excellent communication, prompt in handling the order and on time delivery. High quality finishing on the parts that we have ordered.

I tried this service on a few test parts, the results were great, excellent feedback on the progress and delivery schedule was kept. The quality assurance was also great.
all in all great value and service, I am going to use them again shortly for another project

Xometry provides good and precise CNC parts in a relative short delay.
If you have some difficulties in ordering they can help you if you contact them.

We use Xometry for rapid prototyping when our usual vendors are too busy to comply with our schedules and generally we are happy with their services. I would rate them 4/5 stars as tolerances are slightly below our expectations on delivered parts but “good enough” to do the job.
