You'll Be Glad You Did

I was glad I didn't have to be concern about canceling my subscription myself and was able to put the canceling in the hands of someone I knew would handle it for me.
I really appreciate the texts that were sent which kept me informed as to what was going on.

Starlink told me the certified letter did not work.

After everything was said and done, I received a billing from Starlink. I told them that I had cancelled through your company and they said they did not accept cancellations by mail. I had to go on line to cancel the service. I was lead to believe that your certified letter would take care of the cancellation which it did not.
