I ordered a safe from Tractor Supply

I ordered a safe from Tractor Supply. It was suppose to be delivered on Monday before Christmas instead New Year’s Eve day. So for 10 days it sat in the Bessemer location waiting delivery. The day it was delivered with one driver with no help. He only had a pallet jack and no hand truck or assistant. He needed to move a 280 pound safe alone up steps. Luckily I had a level back door which he had to move the safe inside the home without a hand truck on my hardwood floors. So I had to help him being a woman over 50 years old. This was not the drivers problem or fault. It was a sorry company expecting one employee to handle more than anyone could making it an unsafe work environment for both the employee and customer. This company is awful.

XPO black listed ... just like all of the other 1 star reviews

Just like all of the other reviews, this company is not only inept but also MORALLY CORRUPT. We were 100% transparent on pick up location, address, delivery location and address. Never the less, they came back and tried to add 43% more based on type of pick up location. Also, some of the issues that the "driver reported" were refuted by video camera. The BackOffice is throwing drivers under the bus, making up situations that don't exist. We submitted photos of the video, but XPO was not interested in changing the invoice. It's a racket, while the trucking industry in general is latent with customer service challenges, XPO is morally corrupt and unapologetic for being so. We have since checked several rating sites like this one, not one do we see an absence of customer attestation of MORAL CORRUPTION. Hundreds/thousands of individuals can't all be lying. Our company has BLACK LISTED XPO LOGISTICS for their willful gouging practices put into policy that their customer service agents can only apologize for (and agree with the client on the phone). If we were to assume, XPO logistics experiences turnover from a compromised corporate culture at the highest level/rate. It's has to be like a merry go round with employees getting off as soon as they climb aboard not wanting to be apart of squeezing clients for more once the invoice arrives.

Dreadful HR

HR won't deal with emails regarding payroll. They give you a premium number to ring costing 55p a minute to contact them. Appalling company.

Not worth the aggrivation

Non existent customer service and claims service. They don't read the emails and documents you send, just automatically deny claims and billing errors. Our account executive has disappeared.
Whatever you do, DO NOT use XPO.

Peloton Bike Delivery

Had them deliver a Peloton bike. They came on time, wore shoe covers when requested. Installed everything and cleaned after, picking up all the boxes.
Had to reschedule my delivery and customer service on the phone were a great help.
Might have been lucky seeing all the other comments.

I must be the only person who’s had a…

I must be the only person who’s had a wonderful delivery. The two guys who delivered, Raj and Saeed I think were their names, very cheerful. They brought the packages round the back of the house for me. Not a chance I’d have been able to move them on my own.

The worst logistics company ever

The worst logistics company ever. customer service agents need total re-training. They failed to deliver on the agreed day even though I took a day off work and they did not show up or notify me. I called and was told they could not even find me on the routing for that day so had to reschedule and the lady I spoke was not helpful. When they dropped package a week later, it was just left on my neighbours wooden fence which weakened the fence due to the heavy size of the package. From the consistent negative reviews i can see here, its a big shame to the Directors and senior managers who obviously cannot seem to be bothered to hire the right people or take disciplinary actions. Big shame on the directors and owners, including companies like Keter sheds that keeps giving them repeat business.

Warning Business about this unethical company

My experience with XPO Logistics and Freight Quote has been nothing short of a scam.
They recklessly damaged one of my pallets while attempting to delivery to me.15 cases of products vanished(they where never delivered) and another 15 damage beyond any repair.After I pay my bill(assorted little over $1400) they slapped on an "Adjustment" of $1800 for "Weight Difference". And when I sent the evidence I have like photos of BOL,they told me that they cannot accept such evidence and requested a diferent type of invoice.This isn’t customer service.This isn’t logistics.Its robbery dressed up like an invoice.
Freight Quote and XPO Logistics operate like a MOB:no accountability,no ethics,no respect for their customers.If you value your money,your products and your sanity stay far away

Storage Fees

We used XPO for an inbound shipment to Amazon. It was a relatively small shipment, 1 pallet. Amazon did what Amazon does and once the shipment arrived at the local XPO hub, XPO attempted to make an appointment for delivery and was probably told 1-3 weeks for an appointment. Meanwhile, the shipment said in their facility, racking up just under $1,000 in storage fees. They made no attempt to notify us of the issue as other carriers have done in the past so that we might have an option to do something different with the freight (have it returned or shipped elsewhere). I can guarantee you that had we purchased the freight through Amazon rather than direct, they would not have charged Amazon a dime for storage.
We ship every other week on average, 1-15 pallets at a time. Now, when we're given the choice between XPO at a lower price and another carrier at a higher price, I do not hesitate to book the more expensive carrier because I refuse to use XPO ever again.

You have to call their customer service No. to track down your request. But most of their customer service representative are the worse people to deal with! They all treated you like it’s your own fault to lose your pick up request or like you don’t know anything. They also hold off your delivery for days just because! I wouldn’t want to use their service ever again if I have another option!!

Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly, and I was kept informed by Tracey as to any problems. Driver was cheerful and my shipment had been transported properly as described in my additional notes. Even carried the 40kg box to my car on his shoulder.
