Failure to do a simple collection

This company were due to collect a returned product going back to a supplier. We have electronic gates at the entrance of our development, which hundreds of delivery drivers manage to navigate every day. The driver didn’t drive up close enough to the pressure pad, the gates didn’t open, so they abandoned the collection. Now having to re-arrange all over again. Spoke to their so called customer service team who were totally unhelpful. Their app is useless and gives no information at all and is totally confusing. I would never recommend this company. I’d be surprised if they are still in business in a years time judging the reviews on here.

I am a shipper and use XPO- DISHONEST CO.

I am a shipper and use XPO. This is their game. They lower their rates to get the shipment. But then they will add all kinds of bs charges onto the invoice after delivery. They do this all the time. Redelivery fees when it was their fault. Storage fees when it was their fault. Inside delivery fees when you put NO INSIDE DELIVERY on the BOL. And their big fee is $90 every 15 minutes they are there after the first 15 minutes. And they do this using GPS, so if the driver sits in his truck talking to his girlfriend for 16 minute more, they will bill you $180. Happens all the time. Every third invoice we get there is some BS charge on it and they will seldom remove them even when 99% of them are their fault. Horrible company to deal with.

Terrible service Does not get your packages to you in a timely manner gives you false information. They showed up with 1 of 10 packages couldn't figure out where our stuff was and we are running a business. I called and spoke to a supervisor and he told me that our stuff would be here Tuesday 6.24.25 and I am on the phone with him right now and our stuff hasn't moved from XPO in San Antonio they have had since last week to get this moving do not have them ship your stuff this is absolutely ridiculous.

Was told my delivery would come between…

Was told my delivery would come between 10-4pm, waited all day and left work all day because of this, emailed them around 4pm and they said it would still be delivered with no indication of what time they deliver until to.

Do they not realize how inconvenient this is for people? I'm actually a transport manager and it's really not difficult to provide a better service, based on all the other reviews it's clear this is normal for them. If you cant deliver on the day, at least tell people. Don't give time slots if you are unable to deliver on this. Completely ruined my day, pathetic service

[Edit credit where it's due, i had pretty good communication from this company, and swift replies and an apology because they tried to delivery well before the allotted time so changing this from 1 star to 4 and no damages]

Absolutely shocking service from XPO.

I have been giving allocated date of delivery which supposed to be singed. So I have take AL for that day to receive it. Benn give two slots, morning for the start and delayed for the afternoon. Waited all day long with no sign of delivery, not even an update. When I phoned next day I was told that driver run out of time and he did not deliver on the previous day. I have assumed that I will be the first on the list for new day delivery but was not the case. New slot was given between 2-4 and guess what, no delivery either. So I have lost 2 AL because XPO does not know how to deliver the packages. Seeing a lots of similar reviews I am really surprised they are still in the business.
Avoid at all cost.

Damaged floor.

XPO delivered a new Peloton Treadmill. During the delivery processed they dropped it and significantly damaged the engineered wood floor in my hallway. 7 months on I am still in a dispute with them. After promising to pay for the damage, they now ignore all my calls, messages and emails. Unfortunately I will now have to take legal action. This company do not have a complaints department.

Very unorganized and late with…

Very unorganized and late with delivery. I ordered on Monday and was texted that the item would come Thursday, it didn't. I called and complained and got another text that it would come the following Monday, it didn't. Apparently their texts for delivery kept changing. I called and they scheduled again for Thursday, but they tried to delivery on Wednesday, the day I had told them my office was closed. I called again and they said ok for Thursday, it didn't.
Now after 3 failed attempts, i'm giving them a last chance to deliver on Friday, if not then I will cancel the order because I will be gone for the next week.
Horrible service!

They were absolutely horrible. Rude and disrespectful. We asked them to please put everything in the garage and they left it all in the driveway. DO NOT USE THEM. Their driver Victor is so rude.

Impolite and unhelpful demeanor of the customer service (CS). The CS even used threatening language to their customers.

This morning, I received a call from a colleague of XPO to arrange a delivery date and time for my product. I was shocked and extremely disappointed by the impolite and unhelpful demeanor of this individual. They even used threatening language.

All I requested was a delivery time after 3:30 PM next Monday, as the item requires a signature and my wife and I are at work before then. Without someone at home to sign, delivery is not possible.

The colleague then threatened me, stating that their delivery window is 10 AM to 5 PM and they could not arrange a specific time. When I explained that we cannot sign for the delivery before 3:30 PM, they threatened that if no one was available to sign on the day, the responsibility would fall on me, and an additional fee would be charged. When I asked about the amount of this fee, the colleague claimed not to know. They also refused to arrange a Saturday delivery or a second delivery attempt.

Terrible company.

Worst Ever

Worst Ever. Delivery was 10 days late. Sat in a warehouse as their office staff is completely INCOMPETENT. They called to see if I needed a lift gate. Set up a delivery. Delivery date came and went. I followed up and set up a delivery for Monday from 10am-2. They called to set up another delivery. I told the incompetent one I already set it up. I called in and did your job. She then told me that it wasn't set up. Still don't have it.TRAIN WRECK

Didn't show up when scheduled

I scheduled a rush shipment for pick-up on a Friday, booked it on Thursday. We needed a lift gate truck. Instead of them letting me know they didn't have a truck available for the Friday pick up they just didn't show up - no call, no email. Nothing. They then told me they would pick it up and put it on rush delivery, They didn't rush it. If they had let us know immediately there was an issue we would have scheduled this shipment with another company

Absolutely terrible service. Rescheduled twice with no apology. 3rd time waited till 7pm no delivery and not even an email or text to say why.

Will be cancelling the order. Won’t be using delivery service from IKEA again

They are a scab outfit who has no problem crossing a legal picket line. The have the right under the NLRB to honor a picket line and they choose not to. We were there in Canada when the whole country was on strike and supported them.

Awful, shambolic and despicable business - AVOID

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received from XPO. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with any organisation. I was explicitly promised by Keely that my boiler would be delivered today — a commitment made via text messages, which I still have as evidence. Despite this, the boiler has not arrived.

I have been without central heating for weeks, and a gas engineer is scheduled to install the boiler tomorrow. This delivery failure has completely disrupted those plans and left me in an untenable situation. I feel I was deliberately misled, strung along with false promises purely to placate me and delay action.

The lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic honesty shown throughout this ordeal is truly disgraceful. I expect immediate clarification on why this delivery failed and what will be done to rectify this situation without further delay.

Pleasently surprised

Have to admit i was expecting my Peloton delivery to not turn up after reading these reviews.Pleasently surprised when i got a call from the delivery driver at 08:15 and they arrived at 09:00, on the day that as scheduled 3 weeks prior. Both gents were professional and efficient, delivered without hesitation to the room of our choice and the bike setup and configured for us in a flash. Excellent service and no complaints here.
