I want to return the product

Hi I want to return the product. Because you have not solved the product I bought so far, this product is not what I want, and this product does not have the anti-virus function of the power supply. The merchant said that it has a power function to kill viruses. I received that there is no antivirus function.[Order #XG-59027] (January 4, 2023)

This company is most likely fraudulent

This company is most likely fraudulent. They gave a tracjing number which showed shipping from China. Product is not working, not even sure they intended it to work or just biol for it. The return service hasn’t sent return slip in 3weeks, keeps asking for photos. It’s a scam.

I ordered 2 heated scarves Dec 8 hoping to get them by Christmas. They arrived Jan 9. One did not even have the needed battery. Waiting to hear back.
Don’t purchase from this company.

I have been trying to change my…

I have been trying to change my delivery address for days and no reply. I have written online several times as wells NO ONE REPLYS.

Now I would like to cancel my order and I have not been able to.

Very disappointing and frustrating.

Customer Service

Customer Service: Received the wrong product. I Requested they send the right one and included a picture. They respond once a week with a follow up. Explained to me they will send this to the correct team to verify. The correct team responds back a week later asking for a picture of the wrong order.

The Product: wires connecting the power source to the sign are secured only by a small amount of weld - the wires pull out easily rendering the sign useless unless you have a weld.

Missing 1 and the others arrived broken

First of all I paid for 2 LED signs as part of a "buy 2, get 1 free" deal and even though a total quantity of 3 was on my receipt, I only received 2. Besides, the 2 I did get were cracked and didn't work. When shipping something this fragile, simply sliding it in an envelope is obviously not good enough. It would have also helped to mark it fragile and "do not bend". None of which was done. So basically not only did I get shorted one sign but the ones I actually did get were broken. It was a complete waste of money. Definitely would never purchase anything from XpressGoods again.

Got the Micro HD camera

Got the Micro HD camera, not able to get it to work. Instructions are not clear, print is so super small it’s impossible to read, need a magnifying glass to read it. It looks like it doesn’t work at all, no lights flashing nothing. I would actually appreciate id customer service send me a link or something to get this camera set up

Slow shipping, bad packaging

The people seems to be friendly and I like the design / behavior of the website very much.
It takes about 1 month for the products to arrive from China to Japan, even the countries are relatively near. But it seems to be normal. To keep the shipping cost low, they usually send the goods by sea cargo.
The very worst thing is the packaging. They simply put everything in a plastic bag. The workers at the international transport companies have to deal with huge amounts of packages. They can´t be kind, but fast. Then you must prepare your shipping accordingly with protective cardboard, bubble wrap, protective foam, plastic sheets or whatever. Other companies, while being local with domestic shipping puts a lot (sometimes exaggerated). XpressGoods doesn´t.

Bad company, don’t order from them!

I ordered weight loss belly pellets on February 27. They have been messing around with my order since then. They told me it was delivered to my post office on June 10 but I’ve been calling the post office every day and there is no delivery. I think this whole company is a scam! Don’t Waste your money on them!

I orderd in early May and I have not…

I orderd in early May and I have not received my order. The tracking says my order was delivered to my city, not my home address. I checked at my post office and it wasn't there. I live in a gated, 55+ community so there is little chance that my package would have been stolen off my doorstep.
I have sent emails to their support email address twice and now I can't even log into my account. So I think that either they have deleted my account or something is wrong with their website. My order total only came to just over $30.00, so I am not too concerned about this amount, but I would have really liked to get my order. My advice is do not order from XpressGoods, AT ALL!!!

Extremely slow delivery fulfillment

I ordered in mid-January with standard 7-10 day shipping. Received in late March. Was not able to use of return the item, despite it no longer being needed.
No tracking information or ship date provided by shipper/supplier

On February 14th

On February 14th, 2022 I placed an order. I have yet to get so much as a tracking number. I have called, emailed and texted and when I do get a response, it's the same story every time. They say it was given over to FedEx but FedEx has no information on this. I feel like I've been scammed. I'm going to call my bank and dispute the charge.
