Add claims delivery in 3-5 Days

Add claims delivery in 3-5 Days. Been a week and all I have is a tracking number from an international tracking service. The purchased item is in a ship in the Pacific Ocean. Intentionally misleading consumer. They will not acknowledge refund request. Only send canned response with tracking number. Filing complaint with FTC. Don't do business with this company.

Bad experience

Bad experience, I buy magnetic ball And I paid for 250 balls that described the amount that included my purchase and they only sent me 216.

New Vintage Fire Extinguisher Wine…

New Vintage Fire Extinguisher Wine Holder | Fire Extinguisher Mini Bar
This product was absolute garbage. For the price you pay, you get a product that looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It has no ability to lock. It can not hold shot glasses. The gauge is plastic and doesn’t even remotely look realistic. The screw (on the “Gauge”) is too long to reasonably attach it to the the extinguisher. This product was a waste of money and was so terrible, I couldn’t give the FOUR that I bought as gifts to the people I bought them for.

Came with no batteries

Came with no batteries, ordered batteries from someone other than express goods because I couldn't find the batteries, and didn't know what ones to get. The batteries cost $100.00 and worked for 20 minutes. The gloves worked great in the house and in the car, plugged directly into the power USBs. The only 2 places where I don't need heated gloves. Very disappointed, total ripoff

Xpressgoods.com is a Scam

So I ordered a bean bag chair with foot rest Dec. 2nd. After over a month for a 10 BD delivery I get in the mail a small little zippered bag which I suppose is to be the foot rest minus any beans.........not even as big as a Wal Mart bag. Really I paid $25 for an empty suppose to beanless bag foot rest that could only rest 1 foor at a time. Lesson learned. It will be all over social media what a scam rip off xpressgoods.com is.i wonder if I'm ever going to get the zippered beanless chair that may fit my granddaughters barbie. What a disappointment. You can't trust nothing these days. Big Scam!!!!!!!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Got one for my guinea pigs for Christmas and it came earlier then expected but turned their cage into a swimming pool. I would like a refund.

Terrible Customer Service

We ordered and paid for two lighted aerators over a week and a half ago. Received a order number within minutes but nothing since. Several attempts contacting them I get no response. Can't even get a ship date.. Will never purchase anything from this company.

Orders come from China

When I ordered my green screen on November 4th, I had no idea it was coming from China. Had I known, I would not have purchased from XpressGoods. The website said delivery in 8 days. Well, it's now November 25th (Thanksgiving Day), exactly 3 weeks later and I still have not received my order. The email I had received with the Tracking number, shows that it arrived at LAX airport on November 16th - over a week ago. Ugh!

Love my Uber LED windshield sign

Love my Uber LED windshield sign. Arrived in the mail in just a few days... The bright white LED lets me stand out easily in a sea of traffic for the crowded after bar/club scene riders to quickly spot me...a win/win with minimal time wasted. Classy look, lit up against my silver car. Light weight, easy to stick on & remove, and the easy power pushbutton makes it so easy to turn on/off.

Orders shipped from China...Beware!

I got the product I ordered. The product arrived as described. It took over a month for the product to arrive. Another problem. I always check where the product will be shipped from. According to the site. It was being shipped from Raleigh, NC. I live in North Carolina so...Cool! That information was misleading. The produce was shipped from China. I would have never ordered had I known this up front.
