Hello, long time customer and advocater for XD and XD products and services since you opened your old location a few years back now. It's been great to see your growth as a whole and the impact that your company has had on helping so many other companies and individuals meet their goals. There has never been a time where I thought, "I wish they did this better", and I know lots of other individuals who feel that way and are even grateful to have you. I say all this to tell you I have nothing but love and positive criticism for Xtractor Depot. The only recommendation I have would have to do with product pickup in the Bay Area when it comes to internet sales. When ordered online it says 'Most orders ready within 4 hours' but when you get there well passed the 4 hours the products still aren't ready and when you're ordering lots a valves and fittings it can take an extra 20 minutes or longer waiting for the employees to get together but also comes the problem of by that time theres 2 dudes waiting for dry ice behind me and another waiting for an order which leaves me being rushed to check through my item checklist that I already took a long time to get together to sign it off and get to the lab and have something off. The first time I gave it the benefit of the doubt because of the size order but it has kept happening and I think it can be solved by just have those internet orders processed, double-checked and ready to go that way when the customer gets there all the employee has to do is get the box and read off the the checklist with enough time to spare and its just all around more comfortable for both parties because I can see how those last minute orders really scrambles things up when the warehouse gets notified of a pickup when they're already doing something else. Once again much love and will forever be a supporter and customer! Thanks for all the hard work y'all put in

Fedex lost it and xtractor depot ignores all communication regarding transaction
I had an item get lost in transit for about 2 weeks and ordered a second identical item after not being able to ring them on the telephone in 2020. I called the number listed on the top of their page and left a voicemail. It was 2pm on a Friday. I emailed by replying to the agent welcome email you receive after placing an order. The agent never responded. I emailed the main email. No response.
Now I have an extra product I don't need and xtractor depot won't respond to emails or voicemails. So I guess I'll keep it. My alternative choice is calling my credit card during coronavirus.
I can't imagine how they would treat you if you wanted a refund of a significant amount when I've been ignored for less than $100 bucks.
Edit:
Less than 9 hours after writing this they called me, left a message, and refunded me. I changed from 2 to 4 stars.

Fittings on coil were very poorly welded, leaky and unusable. Big waste of time and money. The coil even had a inspection/test tag on it but obviously it wasn't even looked at.

It’s all about the money....
We are a small business just getting started. We’ve spent $4,000 in 3 weeks. We need to buy another two pumps and would be spending another $3500 on them. So as a small businesswoman, I called in and asked if they had any specials, savings, or discounts for minority businesses, shipping discounts, or ANYTHING-and Alan said no but he’d ask his manager. He called me back and said the manager said no as well. Way to support the little guys-women actually! They charge $300/hour for their help, charging $3,500 per person for a class-yet won’t work with anyone to help them succeed as well. It’s disheartening in the least.
