Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I order a part for my short path and after 3 weeks I still haven't received it. Try to contact customer service on their 20k defective short path they sold to us, and their response is we're not in the service of losing money your warranty had pass we can't help you plus we no longer make parts for your machine.
Across International sale the same thing much more professional and willing to stand behind their product.

Lack of communication. I had to reach out to the company to see why my product hadn't shipped. It was because they miscalculated the shipping and needed more money. they then waited 3 days after to actually ship. Customer service was rude and not helpful. I will NEVER use this site again.
