Scam Dubai - Absolutely unacceptable – Extreme Overcharge and Unprofessional Conduct

I visited Extreme Club LLC at Sofitel Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates on Thursday, 14 August 2025 and was only there for about 30 minutes. I ordered one bottle of water and one sushi. To my shock, I was charged an outrageous $648.08 for this.

This is beyond unreasonable and clearly not in line with the actual value of what I consumed. Such overcharging is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

When I raised the issue, I expected the staff or management to handle it responsibly, but the conduct was disappointing and far from what you’d expect from a venue in a reputable hotel.

I strongly urge anyone considering visiting to check their bill carefully and be aware of potential overcharging. This experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.
