I have been trying to contact this company for over 4 weeks now. No reply to chat messages or emails.
I’m stuck with a ring I don’t like .
AllI want is a return for an exchange piece.
I have previously been happy with another ring I purchased.
I will be taking this matter further now

Beautiful ring and good quality

The website is fast and the photos and descriptions are thorough and accurate. I have been happy with my purchases so far, but don't expect a fast delivery.

I really enjoyed shopping from this company for three reasons. Firstly, the product is amazing. A very beautiful ring. Secondly, the timing of delivery was precise and thirdly, the packaging was wonderful as well. I will definitely shop again!

Everything you see is exactly what you receive. Presented nicely with all paper work included. I am now up to my third order with this company. Extremely happy from start to finish.

I bought the trilogy oval ring and it is beautiful. My favourite one yet !!

I already received the first ring and I am very happy with it. So now I wanted to add the band I was very impressed with quality looks so much like a real diamond. Actually better. I just hope that the silver will not ever tarnish. Again I am very happy with my purchases.

I ordered a 3 right set and single solitaire from XVI. I paid for all 4 items on 21/11/24.

The 3 right set has been delivered (5/12/24) but the single solitaire has not.

I have tried to contact them via email/live chat/Instagram messenger and finally in desperation contacting them via public comments on their Instagram posts

XVI have taken my money for an item and has not delivered and on top of that have refused to speak to me to query this and to sort it

If XVI do not reach out to contact me I will be seeking legal advice via the financial UK ombudsman as they are ripping off customers

Could not have asked for a worse experience with a company, very shady practices (bordering fraudulent) the tracking provided to me says my bracelet is on the way after the stipulated delivery times I rescheduled out to the customer services through the only way possible, a chat function on their website. Discourteous and argumentative customer service rep. Told me the tracking provided to me by them in the email is incorrect and my 700 dollar bracelet has been delivered a month ago. It’s been weeks of me trying to reach them but to no avail, effectively my time and money has just gone down the drain. They are unable to confirm when or where it was delivered or who signed for it. I have no way to track my package because I was given a full blown lecture by the customer service rep on how he has access to back end of tracking and what he’s saying is right and even though I provided proof of my tracking saying it’s on its way I am just wrong, felt like I am having an argument with a spouse instead of communicating with a professional. Save yourself the hassle of engaging with a business that will send you 200 spam emails a day but will never respond to your queries as a customer.

Edit: The way the brand has responded has proven the sort of customer service they provide so no need for me to go in any further detail, as they have validated all 1 star reviews complaining of the same thing.Unfortunately there are a number of similar reported incidents and I am sure there are many others who have not spoken up here. I have communicated with them further and it has been nothing short of frustrating, so here I am with 700 dollars lost and my personal information publicised, please choose if you would like to engage with them or spend your hard earned money on a brand with these values.

My ex proposed with the 3.5 ct cushion cut . Never in a million years would it have been a ring I picked for myself. It was absolutely stunning . People would literally stop me mid sentence to compliment the ring. I’ve worn 20k rings and never had the amount of compliments I did with this ring . It is big enough that you definitely have bling but not so big that it’s obvious it’s likely not a real diamond . I gave the ring back because that’s proper . I just ordered it for myself as a Xmas present . You cannot go wrong with their jewelry it is breathtaking and I worked for a very high end diamond broker . I will never buy a real diamond again .
