Amazing quality, exceeded expectations, fast delivery .. must buy 👍

Zero shipping updates. Downloaded the recommended "shop" app so that I could track my package. Not a valid tracking number. Auspost app couldn't help either. Contacted customer support to check where my ring was having reached the 10 days mark. Still haven't heard from them. Came home to find my ring in the middle of the path to my door for anyone to take. Why not put it the letter box? Plenty of room there and unlikely to be stolen. No notification of delivery. Would be reluctant to buy again due to extremely poor communication and delivery practices. On top of this I cannot publish my review using the link provided.

Super customer service. I was dubious of ordering at first as I had never heard of the company however, I am so glad I went ahead and did. My ring is stunning it's a fully Eternity. So well made and so comfortable to wear. It is beautiful. I would highly recommend XVI Latorre.

I just received the tennis bracelet and my wife is over the moon about it. It is absolutely perfect. The diamonds are true and perfect. I bought a diamond checker and brought it to the jeweler and put his diamond checker on it and they all passed. Absolutely beautiful, my wife has no idea.

In May I bought a ring that I have never received. They started a conversation with me telling me that they were diligently investigating what happened and then disappeared. I asked to be refunded or to send me my purchase. That never answered me back.
Do not buy there

I bought the heart shaped 3carat moissanite ring and the eternity ring. Both have discoloured, particularly the heart ring, that there are unwearable.
Complained numerous times via email with photos and no response.
Very disappointed. I thought given the cost they would be of decent quality but unfortunately not.

I have bought the XVI Latorre 3 ct round Moissanite Halo ring for my lovely Coco. The ring was delivered across the Globe and put on her finger at a dinner in a pleasant restaurant. She is so happy about the ring so I just ordered matching earrings!

Have tried to contact this company via e mail on numerous occasions. Nothing. Good luck with your purchase as I don’t know if I will be getting mine as they just don’t respond.

Purchased two tennis bracelets as they were advertised as having an added safety clasp on. One arrived with a safety clasp and the other must have been old stock without the clasp. Informed XVI about this and they won’t even respond, BAD service.
You can purchase these exact pieces on AliExpress for a fraction of the cost - have purchased and compared, maybe their supplier?
