I bought a one-year subscription through Turkey Region, it was a good price, but after 3 months of use, they deactivated my account, and they don't even give a refund, this is a scammer!

Good service or Scam service?!

I used XVPN once three years ago and it was a great service. But unfortunately, a few months ago I bought this service for the second time and two days ago I found out that my service was blocked. When I contacted support, they said that because I bought this service cheaper than the usual price (due to a region change), they blocked the service. This is a big lie. After researching this matter, I found out that this situation has happened to hundreds of other people and that XVPN has blocked hundreds of purchased services. XVPN has turned from a good service into a scam service!

Don't trust them

I thought they only removed my subscription with no reason but after I checked recent comments here I saw they started scamming people. I upgraded my account on october 27. after a week I lost my account and they do not even refund my money

Do not buy they are scammer

After two weeks of my purchase servers speed and quality dropped down as much as possible and after a month they removed my subscription and said I violated their rules which is A LIE. They started to take costumers money and ban them instead of upgrading their servers. Cheap and scammer VPN service

Faking terms of use and ban paid accounts without refund

Recently I got a message that I used my account on more than 10 devices ( which this scammer company limited devices to 5 so this thing is not even possible ) and they banned my account ( I was just using my account on 3 devices. the support didnt answer me and after 15 minutes they didnt even reply on my messages. Do not buy this scammer company's subscripton

I lost my premium access with no reason. Scammers

They recently removed my account premium subscription and when I contact them they said its because I didnt buy it in fair price!!!!
Im Argentinian and I bought the subscription with the price they showed me in the app and I paid it and bought it completely legal. and now they banned my account and they dont even refund my money which I paid and I didnt break any rules so they say they dont refund.

Their servers are weak so they are banning account istead of upgrading servers

They are scammers. I am turkish and I bought my 1 year account in turkey region and after 2 month they suspended my account and they said i didnt buy it in fair price and they didnt refund my money either. there are tons of other vpns that they dont scam you. try them out

its about 3 years since i subscribed to…

its about 3 years since i subscribed to this vpn provider and used its service on monthly plan which costs me 12$ a month and about 143$ a year,everything was good when i used the service on my iphone and ipad devices but recently i decided to use it on my openwrt router and use one of my 2 remaining connection as my router connection and simply i cant connect to openvpn server on my router because of invalid username and password and the support cant solve my problem.to clarify everything i can connect with multiple other vpns both paid and even free but not with my premium X-VPN account which i paid 12$ a month for three years now.the support dont even know with my account credintals(ovpn config file username and pass)how easily he/she can test a openvpn config file and find out its working or not,i sent my credintals(username and password)multiple time maybe about 10 times but she/he keep saying we dont support openvpn on windows you must install our app.

I would highly recommend XPN the best!

XPN I would highly recommend the only problem with that is all VPNs are supposed to turn on automatically when the device turns on.
Other than that it’s terrific and what I also like about your VPN versus the other one I had, when I’m out in public and leave my home your VPN still works and that’s what I like about it my other one didn’t thank you😀
