Not worth $11.99
Had XVPN for about four months using the Netflix package which was great as it was so cheap and worked fast. But during those four months I kept getting billed for the premium package which is four times the price, eventually got it sorted. They canceled the Netflix package and now have to pay $11.99 a month which is not worth it

Hi there, I am sorry. We have canceled dedicated Netflix package. However our Netflix package is $1.99 and if you are billed four times the price (which is $7.96) . Maybe you have started free trial of mobile premium without canceling the subscription which is $7.99 per month?
And our solution for the canceled Netflix package is simply stopped the subscription when the subscription expires. So we didn't charge without informing you of the subscription change.

X-vpn just stopped working for me. I get a message that says connect failed, you were unable to connect the free servers. premium servers may work for you. Why would I want to take the chance of paying and finding out that it doesn't work

If you have changed the server locations and protocols without helping, they will provide you with 30 minute premium to check whether it works for you. You don't need to pay when you are not certain of the outcome. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
And by the way, you can ask for a refund if you bought premium but it doesn't work for you.
