The items came fast and well packaged exactly what I ordered

Items arrived in perfect condition. One star less because of the long time waiting for delivery. I order from other companies in the UK and it never took as long as yachew needed. But everything else is perfect. Service, quality, website. I like Yachew

So slow very little info on where order was..and then had to pay import tax on items..they didn't arrive until after Christmas

My son’s girlfriend wanted a difficult to find Funko Pop for Christmas. Not only did Yachew have it in stock, but at a reasonable price too.
I was wary as I had never heard of Yachew before. And I thought my fears were confirmed when it got to the estimated delivery date and my order wasn’t dispatched. But my email query was quickly answered and the item arrived a few days later. One very happy son and girlfriend!

Purchased the game - Hues & Cues, for Christmas. Received sealed - no apparent issues. However, on opening the box noted the board was twisted and on reading instructions soon discovered much of the contents was missing.....! Forced to play another game. Currently waiting for a response for refund!!

I’m still waiting for my order & I’ve had no response to any of my emails.

Game is still listed as “order placed” but no sign of it being dispatched - have sent multiple emails and reached out on social media and no response - it’s a game for my sons Christmas present

Good communication and fair price

Really slow dispatch. Finally turns up. Heavy board game and a thin box with almost no packaging. The game was damaged and still waiting to hear back about getting a refund. This was our first order from yachew and looks like the last too.

It came on time and package was in good condition I didn't expected that... I am planning to open over weekend to put it together 😌

Scam site, item not received, I got a refund through PayPal but dont even waste your time.

Unfortunately it never arrived. I reached out to ask about it. No response. Reached out again they asked me to wait a week. I did. Still did not arrive. I reached out several times over the next few weeks. No response.

Brilliant. Got very hard to find funko at a very good price.
When emailed to ask questions, I recieved very quick replies. So helpful. Will definitely use again.

An excellent company offering the type of service that few seem to these days. Speedy delivery, great communications, friendly staff, and products as described (and very competitively priced too). Overall, a positive experience and I will use Yachew again in the near future.
