Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I rang up to cancel my plan as I have so signal where I live and therefore cannot make or receive important calls. I was forwarded 3 times to various people. The lady I spoke to in the end then started suggesting I should have reported the problem sooner, although I had just noticed the problem with not being able to receive calls at home. She then started asking personal questions about my family and whether I lived alone, which I found absolutely inappropriate and suggested I should have used someone else’s phone, not assuming any responsibility for the fact that my phone services weren’t being provided.
In addition to this, yallo persistently make calls at all times of the day to try and sell you something. Very annoying!! Don’t choose yallo!

40 CHF to deactivate my SIM

I requested a switch to eSIM (and it's important to mention - they make you pay CHF40 for this).
After receiving the SMS, and scanning the QR code, iOS returned an error after some time, requesting I contact Sunrise support... I thought I'll try again some time later, and keep using the physical SIM for now, since I really needed my phone at this time.

Fast forward to the next day, at some point in the morning, my SIM gets disabled. In the yallo app, I can see I have a "disabled eSIM". Requesting a new one is out of question (they would send me an SMS, but guess what, they disabled my SIM already! I no longer have a phone number). Trying to get the QR code also helpfully returns an error 828.

I manage to get in touch with support, they open a ticket internally, promise to call me back by early afternoon, and now it's already 24 hours without hearing from them, and without a working phone service.

Biggest scam ever. I just registered on yallo website last 3 months, didnt order anything! a sim card came to my mailbox, but never used it. Now I have penalty for 127CHF for nothin. FREE MONEY FOR YALLO GOOD JOB

Horrific service! Two months down the line, still my "good deal all inclusive " not activated. AVOID business with yallo. Rather pay the extra 6Fr and stick to Sunrise/Swisscom.

The internet activation time…TOTAL TRASH

The internet activation time… It’s really ridiculous…they’re taking so long to activate the damn internet.

Basically I had no fiber at my place and I can understand that’s one of the reasons there’s a delay but bare in mind I asked for it at the end of October. They sent technicians to install everything last month. And it was delayed and delayed just for a new couple of technicians to come last week and sort it all out. They installed the fiber and I immediately called yallo to give them the OTO ID. Then they told me I should wait a max of 2 days to have internet activated. By the way, this was said to me last Tuesday and two days later nothing. So I called them again and they told me it should activate at midnight… guess what… nothing. So I called them back the day after and they said ups sorry it’s tomorrow. And so on and until now I’m still waiting. Their service seems to be absolutely trash. Ridiculous 😡

Worst service ever experienced

Worst service ever experienced. Trying to lure customers with low prices but zero help after that. We have practically no internet for the second week, but they just keep repeating that they don't see any failure. Support service is hopeless. In order to make a call, you have to pay 1.5ch!!!

Avoid Yallo

Be cautious with Yallo, they are very misleading in the practices. I ordered a SIM card but the validation of my ID didn’t function. I let them know and a few weeks later got ‘your contract has been terminated’ email with a very hefty bill for a service that has never worked as their ID verification doesn’t function.

worst customer service EVER

worst customer service EVER! Tried to verify my ID since over 2 weeks: Their SMS link does not work. The link they sent per letter mail does not work. The hotline cant help as Im not verified yet (automatic voice telling me this). The help chat is s*** nobody ever calls you back. So you're stuck in a loop, no progress, nothing works.
THIS SERVICE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. Stay away - once ur in u cant reach them!

People are dum

People who keep writing about customer service are fully retrd. Yahoo costa so little because there is no customer service and they allow you to take full control online of your abbo. Problem is that society is made up 90% of diots who will just grab the phone and start calling for any dumb thing. My only problem with y'all o is poor connectivity when i am on the train. For the rest is a good deal. I pay 15 francs for monile internet.

Misleading information and…

Misleading information and advertisement. You can see that you don't get calls to Europe only after you change your plan. They just trick you into changing to a worse plan by not giving proper and full info.

I am a very long term client of yallo

I am a very long term client of yallo. They always find a way to trick the clients . I just called customer service , they say they are only here to provide information nothing else .
So, I just got Yallo black plus offer which shows as normal rate of 110/ month, but all included unlimited calls, unlimited data, roaming data minutes etc.
Guess what I subscribed , and turn out a very basic thing , call to Europe from Switzerland is not included, but you can call to Europe when in roaming, how smart is that????

Changed of phone number

I asked to change my phone number. They received my question and told me that I will receive my phone number within 2-5 days. BUT!! It's the 10th day since I ordered my SIM card. When I called them, a male customer service advisor angered me. I repeated many times what exactly I want.

Yallo is a joke

They invest in PR and Marketing but on the technical side keep to absolute minimum. Same bugs, same frustration which ends in paying 1.5 CHF/call to find out why the subscription is not activated, while the system encountered an error, it's ridiculous.

Don’t order internet from Yallo

Ordered internet for home to be activated on 24th August. It is 17th September and we still do not have internet. It seems like there are many issues and technicians are not available. We have been trying to terminate the contract but little sympathy is given by the support telling us it will be fixed soon and we don’t need to pay until the internet is live, as if that is a benefit… If we had known it was so bad, we would have gone with someone else.

I believe they want to help but there…

I believe they want to help but there is nothing they can do. I am paying bills for not even using my sim card from them, its not normal that when I tried to call from the sim that yallo gave me, instead of my swiss number it showed always an Italian or Irish number even.. 😅 I asked for some compensation as I was late with my cancellation (I reached out to them before but was stupid enough to believe they are going to fix it and missed the free cancellation period) so now Im paying 4 month fee instead of the 1 month I have been actually using the card, and even a 59(!) activation fee😅 people could not even reach me on my Phone number, so I definitely could not use it properly, but they dont offer any compensation..
