Never again

Didn’t send me the contract in the first place, turned out I had to give months of notice in advance for deactivation of the service. I asked for the contract and I checked and in my case I didn’t have to give any notice.
I call back customer service and the say in a rude way that it was not true I had that right (they just said NO to everything I was saying without any argumentation or evidence) and that anyway they had already registred the end of contract with those months included to be paid

Lifetime/forever price promises last only 3 months

Signed up with the promise that the price would never increase for a 'lifetime', and would remain the same 'forever'. After 3 months, I already get informed that the price is increasing by 1 CHF per month.

When I called and complained the staff said 'its only 1 CHF' missing the point that 3 months is not a lifetime or forever. Terrible. Crooks breaking contract law.

They overcharge in a monthly basis. I reach out to customer service, which I have to pay 1.50 to do so, and they refund me 6 francs. But every month is the same. They're the worst phone carrier in Switzerland. Don't be fooled by their low prices.

I would give less than 1 if it was possible

I would give less than 1 if it was possible. I was promised internet in days. I received the box in days and 2 weeks and 20 phone calls later I still do t have it. I have been promised 20 call backs and 20 times I have been told someone will come to to the house to fix it and still nothing. If you have any other option I would highly recommend you go with the other option. Or like me you may simply not have internet….

This Company is a Dirty SCAM.

this wifi is bullcrap, There always are some sort of "Lag spikes" every once in a while which make the wifi completly shut down, until you turn it off and turn it on again, and even worse is that you cant even cancel the subscription which means i have to keep this wifi for a whole another year which i am god dang tired of.

Yallo scammed me !!!
I called yallo for a wifi at home and they told me that I can suspend it whenever I want. Later I called to suspend the contract and they asked me to pay around 200 chf for suspension !!!
I told them about the first call while ordering and they said they gonna call me back. They never did. I called again after a few weeks and the guy told me in a very rude manner that go and sue us. I asked to send me at least the registered call and obviously he told me he won’t. STAY AWAY !!!!

I've been a customer for 0 days and I'm leaving with a 200 CHF fee.

This is likely more a complaint of the swiss customer rights, but still the company could offer a period to cancel the order.

I made a mistake with the order and when I realized it wasn't what I thought I was ordering and wanted to cancel, a router that hasn't even left the premises of Yallo, I'm charged with 200 CHF and an awful conversation with customer service.

Happily not a customer of Yallo.

Awful costumer service (if there is even one). I have Internet and TV with Yallo and the TV service is frequently down! No way to contact someone to get the problem fixed. This has been going on for quite some time. Seriously thinking to changing provider...Unfortunately the fiber is not yet available in my area!

Absolute horrible company.... Paid all this time-6 months+- for data roaming then when I finally travel and go to use it doesn't work... This is quite common for this company as I read on Reddit.. Will be changing my provider.... Don't use yallo... Absolute bad service

Absolute trash internet

Completely worthless internet with random massive latency spikes and connectivity issues. If you play any sort of game, run away from these guys immediately. Even my mobile phone with hotspot internet is more reliable and to top it off ... has lower latency.

Absolute trash.

I have the Mobile Home Internet 5G…

I have the Mobile Home Internet 5G plan. Satisfied although not the best speed. But thanks to discounts I pay under 10.-CHF per month for internet that allows Netflix streaming and normal usage. So nothing to complain in the end. (I got more than 80% discount - I hope there is nobody out there actually paying the standard rate out there!)

Worst experience ever

Worst experience I have ever had in my life.
They charged me twice for the same month. In order to get a support they do not have email ...you have to call them but hey.. again.. they will charge you 1,50 CHF). You can Chat with them (if you are lucky not with the AI asistent) but can not reach then fast. If you want to get proper service please DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.

Dreadful service, and spammers

Two things about Yallo.

1. My God, them spam. The number of spamming phonecalls I've had from them is ridiculous.

2. This week, on Tuesday, I rang up and cancelled my subscription. Two days later, they rang me to confirm that I wanted to cancel this... and I confirmed. 10 minutes later, I got an email from Yallo (from a "noreply" email address) saying they'd reactivated my subscription.

THEY. ARE. DREADFUL.

Go elsewhere. Any other mobile provider.
